A little expensive for what it is
Placed an order for delivery, the driver waited and waited to only find out that IHOP canceled the order without telling anyone.

I ate here on March 6th. It took a long time to be greeted and seated even though our parry of four was the only party waiting. Only when three other parties were lined up behind us did someone come to greet and seat people. Our server was friendly and competent. The food was not hot.

Start off with good news: the hostess/waitress was amazing. She held her composure and stayed professional even as the only person on the floor with every table belonging to her. She greeted everyone that walked through the doors, informed them of a possible time frame and steadily checked on her tables.
The food did not match her aura. A simple smokehouse breakfast combo, came out extremely cold (the butter couldn’t even begin to melt on the pancakes) and the portion seemed to be off the kids menu. My gf’s biscuit for her chicken sandwich was drier than the desert it was prepared in and immediately fell apart as she attempted to pick it up.
The bathrooms and restaurant itself were clean and pleasant to use.

It took a while to be seated, about 20 minutes, which I understood. Once seated, we waited over 30 minutes for our waiter, due to understaffing. He seemed to prioritize another party who arrived later, perhaps a demanding customer. After waiting over an hour, he finally approached our table, only to inform us they were out of cold drinks and coffee would take 10 minutes. I understand staffing and supply shortages, but I felt our time was wasted. Had he informed us of these issues upon arrival, we would have left and returned another day. Instead, we were seated and watched others receive service before us. Hopefully, after their remodel, they will prioritize customer service more effectively.

This is a fantastic location. The service is amazing, the food is delicious. Worth going out of the way for this location. I hope IHOP appreciates the phenomenal staff they have at this location.

Everything was absolutely amazing! Came in on a very busy Sunday morning and was seated promptly after about 10 minutes for a party of 4+ infant . The food was hot and fresh and our waiter Ishmael was fantastic. His service was so good that our family asked what days he works because we want to come back and visit him again ! The cooks in the back definitely know what they are doing because no one at our table had a complaint & we are very picky eaters . We will definitely be back !

We don’t frequent IHOPs very often. But today, well, we figured we’d go for ‘the breakfast’! As usual, it was not bad, but not great either. This IHOP is your middle of the road eats stop with moderate prices and a huge selection of dining options within the All-American style. We went for their tender Chicken yet crumbling Biscuit Sandwich with soggy Hash Browns and I tried the Spicy (not) Poblano (barely any) bland Benedict (with hard boiled eggs instead of poached!) with again, soggy Hash Browns. I’ve been to many, many IHOPs in my lifetime, but after three tries at this location, it’s not worth coming back.
