The food was good and the service was good. My wife is in a wheelchair and the tables were so close together people had to get up from their seat just for us to get to our table. Getting out was the same problem. My wife felt a bit embarrassed. We won't be going back to this location again.

This was truly a great visit in all aspects of service quality and cleanliness of the current dine out restaurant experience in the Phoenix AZ. I felt like my money was well spent, desired, appreciated, and earned, by this IHOP.Kid-friendliness: I wished I was a kid again so I could order off the kids menu.

The server was nice. The atmosphere was not too bad, but this is the first time I've had a terrible breakfast. The eggs and pancakes were cold, the butter was not even melted and the bacon was burnt to a crisp. I almost always give 5 star reviews but this was all just unacceptable. It was not really busy as there were only a couple of other customers in the restaurant at the time and they had plenty of staff so there should be no reason for the food to be cold. I asked for my eggs scrambled hard and they brought out a cold fried egg that I would not even feed to my dogs.

My mom invited me to come eat lunch with her. We sat at tt the table and got our food. My mom's food was overburned. After we were done we asked for our check and we waited 15 minutes for a check. My mom was in a hurry and our server was no where to be seen. We asked a staff member for our check and the server came back gave us the check we paid. Not the best experience ?

Started out great until food was served. Turkey on California melt was absolutely disgusting. I removed and ate the toasted bread and my salad. Food did not come out together and items were missing or incomplete. One of my children ordered chocolate chip pancakes but came out without chocolate chips so server gave a side of chocolate chips instead, but thats unacceptable so was asked to have Cook properly prepare- they didn't take accountability and still charged us the upcharge for their mistake and having to wait. We were never asked for refills for water, etc., either. The manager was also unhelpful. The only good experience was the young man who greeted us and sat us.

Do not eat here!! We ordered food from this location for pickup, and when I placed the order they said it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I showed up 15 minutes later, and then had to sit inside for 35 minutes, waiting for my food to be ready. On top of that, they charged me for extra items and did not show me the total until I had already paid. We then got home and everything was cold. The fries were greasy and soft, and my fiancé had the worst omelette she’s ever had in her life. I will never go back here. This place is disgusting

Eh....... Ordered a burger & after it was served to our table I saw a hair/eyelash on the plate hanging out with my onion rings ?....... The waiter promptly brought a replacement (no hair). Service was great!

Came here for suhoor with my husband since it’s Ramadan. Food was amazing, service was as well. I was excited that they had the impossible burger and plenty of halal protein options. Only issue was that they were understaffed and had only one waiter on everyone at the place. Would still come here again.
