Unfortunately can't say much but that i placed my order a few weeks ago believing it was 51ave as it says online only to find it was 51st far from my 43ave but it's not my reason for review but that as I called to get a stop order from thid location and mangment said the refund can take 7days still no refund I believe mistakes are preventable jf online address was creditable instead of it saying 51st sve it should say 51st idk what ave meant but yeah no refund yet but I still love ihop my favorite location is 43ave and bell My mistakes for not confirming but a drive was no issue if it wa a 51ave but 51st yeah big difference of 25 min from me

Tricky
I have ate at IHOP a few times. Once I was going to eat at IHOP in Naples Florida and I sat there for 15 minutes and never once seen a waitress or waiter or even a cook. But now I'm in Phoenix Arizona and I order my food and it comes with 2 pancakes on a little bitty saucer, I poor syrup on them and it runs off the pancakes and all over the table and now I'm in a very sticky situation. Pancakes, syrup and sometimes no extra paper towels to maybe help keep it contained in little area. Who knows.

Our favorite breakfast spot! Excellent service and delicious food. The morning crew is the best friendly, funny servers who take their time to get to know their customers. My favorite part of the morning is drinking my morning coffee and talking with the beautiful ladies well listening to their awesome playlist. If you're looking for a fast, delicious, traditional breakfast come here. Right off of the I10 freeway and 51st Ave. Victoria and Osiris are our regular servers but all of the ladies are wonderful and will take care of you.
