I walked in on a Thursday around midnight and waited for someone to seat me. There was no one up front and had to wait till someone saw me. I told the girl it was just me and asked for a half table half booth since I am a bigger gal and like the fact the tables move so I can be more comfortable.The seater happened to be my waitress she rolled her eyes when I asked for the table. After getting my coffee, I ordered my meal and was pretty much left alone until it was delivered. As she put the plate down , I did say thank you and then was totally ignored and that she walked away. When she came back It was to deliver the check. I wasn't even done at that point. I wanted more coffee. I said thank you again and was ignored again. The food was great, the place was quiet. The service, on the other hand, wasn't so good. The server needed to be more polite and acknowledge your customers.

Each time we go to Barleens, we feel as if we are being welcomed by friends and family. We weren't sure how our two granddaughters would react to the music which certainly was not of their favorite genresbut to our great satisfaction, they smiled, laughed and cheered during the performance. It didn't hurt that Deputy Sheriff "Barney Fife" (Michael J) mentioned them by name during his bit. The Variety Show is our favorite. It's always a great time.Parking: Could use a few more handicap parking spots due to the large amount of seniors that attend this venue.

I came for lunch to get the Thin Mint Girl Scout Cookies Pancakes. I got the serving of 2 with 2 sausages. My sausages were barely warm, but tasted good. My pancakes were hot when served to me, but I had to ask for sugar free syrup. By the time my waitress got it to me, my pancakes were barely warm. They tasted good.
