Came on Sunday 8pm & it was me & 1 other customer. I asked for the Happy Hour Menu & was told they don’t have it printed out. Advised to go to the website to get details, why advertise on social media if you don’t want your customers to eat the specials? It seems that this location doesn’t want their customers to get advertised deals. Food was good, had to ask for my utensils 2X b4 I got it. It wasn’t busy, I felt like I was less appreciated since I ordered fr the Happy Hour Menu.

I ordered from IHOP in tolleson picked up my food and one of the orders was incorrect and one of the orders was completely missing I paid $80 for $30 worth of food that wasn't prepared correctly nothing was refunded and nobody would take my call after I called to complain the first time that's not good service I used to really like IHOP looks like I'll be going to waffle House from now on.

When we arrived, it was busy, just after 9:00 am and we waited for several minutes, before being seated. Our Server, was Marco. He took our orders; my wife had the Omelet special and I had the Breakfast Sampler. I was expecting a long wait before our meals arrived, being how busy it was. Both meals arrived much sooner than I anticipated and both were very good. Marco was exceptionaly attentive and took good care of us. My finals thoughts were, I would return to this IHOP.
Prices are great, coffee is real good,and the server are beautiful and quick at what they do. I'll give a shout out to ( Desiree for being a good server and congrat on your newborn) many blessings to u and family.

09/30/24 shift 1 am. They should change it to this shift. I sat for half an hour waiting for someone to answer and everyone was in the kitchen having big conversations. There were people sitting eating, I never saw anyone looking to see if anything was being offered to customers... three people left the restaurant when they saw that no one was serving... if you don't believe it, Ayi, the date and time is there, check the cameras.

I locked my keys in the house that morning. It was 4am. So, I went to IHOP and had pancakes! ? The service was excellent and the hot buttered pancake really hit the spot.
