This place SUCKS. They have HORRIBLE service. I came here from out of town and had to leave. They sat us down and had left us there waiting over 15 min without even stopping by to ask for our drinks. Everyone has a long face. If possible, avoid it. Attempted to speak to a manager and it was basically the same deal.

I have cancer, I cannot be around people right now because the chemo affects my immune system. I placed a curbside order and waited, fine I get you're busy. I called per the instructions on the email. The lady that answered the phone seemed pleasant until I mentioned I was a curbside customer. After the biggest audible sigh that could be heard through the phone, she says, We are slammed right now, we will get it out to you when we can. Look, I understand, I work in customer service and have since 1995. That doesn't mean you show your stressed or overwhelmed to your customers. It's unprofessional. To IHOP, don't offer curbside, if your staff is unable to do handle and be respectful. It is simple. So annoying when people act like it's the end of world because you have a curbside order. Had my chemo not been delayed for two weeks in a row because I have almost no immunity, I would have went in to grab it myself. Not all of us are lazy people doing curbside, some of us are sick and still would like to enjoy your food. Smh!!

The entrance hallway was really dirty. We didn't have to wait too long to be seated. Inside is kinda dark, so you don't see how dirty it is. Also it is expensive for food that is not even good.

Can't believe I'm giving an IHOP a 5 star rating but they deserve it. The waitress was friendly, the food was tasty, and the service was a lot quicker than I expected with the number of people dining. Overall great experience at a fairly reasonable price.
Worst customer service i’ve ever experienced. It was quick seating but they took forever to get our drink order & once we got our food we didn’t get any utensils so we had to wait another 5mins for that and they only gave us one french toast instead of 2 & they forgot our kid’s pancakes which they gave to us like 30 minutes later once we were leaving and i asked like 4 different uglys for a to go box and ALL of them i kid you not went to the kitchen to talk & i got it 10mins later from the first person i asked. Trash place with alot of trash teenagers working there.

Food as always is excellent at this location. The diverse menue and it being a 24hr place make it a definite go to....HOWEVER- the service is sorely lacking. I cannot emphasize this enough. They need to step up their game, I go for the food, price, and accommodating hours but the waitresses always make me feel uncomfortable, unwanted, and just out of place. I have been to this location several times at different times of day and in the last 6 months including possibly 10 visits, I have had one genuinely hospitable waitress. I wish I could give her kudos her customer service was great! The rest however have been a flop!The atmosphere as a result is not what you would expect of a diner of this caliber. It's always empty and attracts several homeless folks who just wish to use the facilities. The business itself never has a full lobby or wait line, again I believe this is due to their faulty customer service!
