Dined in with a family of 5. The restaurant in general was filthy. Trash on the floor, odd oder in the air, our table was sticky. You could see the ketchup bottle was dirty.Our service was good however Will did his best. Food was good. Not sure that I would go back?

This is a horrible location. Third time coming hoping the last two were just flukes but nope! Had to wait for 45 min for our food, my order didn’t come complete, and it was lukewarm. Service was horrible. Sad thing about it, it wasn’t that busy for them to take so long with the food. Had long waits and the waitress didn’t listen to a word I said regarding my order.I used to work in fast food restaurants and was a waiter. I don’t get it now a days why it’s so hard to develop a customer service mentality with quality service.

Very slow. Ordered a to go order and they literally left me and my children's food sitting on the pass for about 45 minutes while we waited on very poor service. People were barely being sat down. The employees were playing and had no sense of execution. When I asked them for a refund that's when they decided that they would attempt to make my order, in which, I said I already wanted a refund for. No sense of direction in that place. This is the second time they have shown that they lack basic skills. The entire team deemed ineffective. Empty tables. They claim they were short but there was still a very huge lack of motivational execution. The staff needs a revamp or a real leader. Won't be returning unless my refund doesn't go through. I was told by who I assume was the manager that it would take 7 to 10 business days to process my refund. 13Mar2024 12:08pm.
