Be aware if pizza is not picked up at time it’s ready it sits in the rack not kept heated and they do not provide paper plates. Over good pizza.

So I called this place before ordering asking if there was any deals. guy stated not really we do have our deals listed online and prefer our customers to order online. Well i looked online and they charger a few dollars more online VS in store. Also they had some 1.50 charge to support locals. That should be an option not a requirement. why would you want to support a local business that is over charging you left and right? LOCAL BUSINESS NEED TO STOP OVERCHARGING AND TRYING TO HIDE IT. if the prices need to go up just list it as is across the broad. makes customers feel used. Also pizza thin if your into that. Just wish the people boxing/handling it wore gloves.

I don't understand how this place can be rated so high. The pizza was mediocre...nothing special. Ordered chocolate cake with our pizza, and it was rock hard stale.

Went to Big papas pizza for the first time last week Wednesday at about 8:15pm. As we waited for about 5-10 mins for service. Two Hispanic men walked up to the counter and told us that the place was closed. I asked what time they close because google said 9pm. one of the guys said “we close as 8:30pm every night but forgot to lock the door” then continued with “I know it says 9pm but it’s really 8:30pm.” As I was walking out I took a good look at what they were doing while I was waiting for service and realized that the entire kitchen was already cleaned up and everything put away. I got there at about 8:15. ???

Ever time I call there is a new stipulation to order food now it's u can't pay cash anymore for orders over $35 for over the phone orders...and I get there and they can't take my $100 bill! And the worker is super nonchalant....im done giving them chances but maybe they don't care

I don't know how this place has such high reviews. Stopped in here for my first time, no bathroom, no plates, no napkins no drinks.

And then I received my pizza with sausage and it's as if it had no marinara sauce on it very dry just cheese and sausage.

I wouldn't even waste your time or money. The pizza that you buy at the grocery store has more flavor than this pizza, it's as if it's cardboard Pizza.

I sure won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Their pizza is always delicious but the other day when I went there we also got barbecue wings and mild wings the mild wings were okay according to my wife but the barbecue wings were way overdone the meat was hard and inedible I was still continue to go there and get pizza but doubt I will get any more wings

I ordered a pizza based on recent good reviews and we were disappointed on what we got. Not only our pizza, delivered by Uber Eats was extremely cold, but the the taste on the dough was just not there, it was lagging cheese and the meat was very scarse. The fried mushrooms were good though.Not our favorite place for sure.

This is the best pizza I've had in years and it only took me 2 yrs to finally try this place ?. Fresh ingredients, you can taste the quality in every bite, incredible balance of flavor, and the perfect proportion of bread to cheese! This is the first time I actually devoured crust on a pizza! I lived in NY for years and this is better than any slice I've had there! So impressed!! What took me so long?! Kids are raving about it as well, THANK YOU! ? Will be back.
