The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great with no issues with the order. Despite a long line, it moved quickly and I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes. The value is solid for the quality, especially compared to other fast food places. The only downside is that parking and the drive-thru setup at this location can be a bit tight and a little confusing.
To be fair I'm not the biggest fan of In n Out but I do enjoy the frying Dutchman and on occasion Animal style fries with a chocolate Shake to match. The service is always good with friendly staff. The restroom is always clean and stocked. The frying Dutchman is double meat & double cheese. I add grilled diced onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard every once in a while the in and out house sauce, as seen in the picture.
I want to commend the young man who helped me at the first drive-thru window around 7:35 PM. Despite some confusion due to the car lineup being out of order, he handled the situation with patience and grace, located my order, and rang me up efficiently. However, when I got to the final window, the young woman with colored eyes who handed me my food seemed visibly unhappy. She showed no smile or acknowledgment—just a blank, disengaged expression that made it feel like I was bothering...
