Wow! Such care taken with my order. Dump the fries and tray upside down because you know they're gonna end up that way anyway. And altho tasty, the most pathetic looking burger not made as ordered, EVER! Basically had to repair and prepare before eating. Thanks for the California pricing too.

I’ve been through this drive through twice this week and they forgot my sides. On top of that my burger bun was so burnt and the burger was just hard. Never have experienced this with any other in and out. Very disappointing.

Quinn greeted us so graciously and held the door for us. Brandon took our order. The restaurant was clean and ran like a well oiled machine. Hats off to the woman manager there. I didn't catch her name...Great job!
Came to In-n-Out Burger for my first meal on a trip to Phoenix. Welcomed by a very friendly young man, he was helpful with suggesting a meal. I absolutely enjoyed the burger, I got a double cheeseburger meal, also, the fresh french fries were magic. I now enjoy root beer. Would return if I have the chance.
