First time at an In-N-Out Burger. Have heard excellent reviews from family. Ordered the double-double, animal style. This translates to double burger, double cheese, with the patties cooked in mustard to give it excellent flavor. We also got fries and a strawberry shake. The servers will pleasant, helpful and patient.We ate outside on the patio.My only small complaints. The fries were warm, not hot. The outside patio table needed a little cleaning.For a fast food burger, I would put this near the top!

The atmosphere feels like you're about to never leave once in the super long line, which my anxiety peeked excessively throughout my wait. Their was a total of at least 20 employees attempting to direct traffic... which was as unmanageable as it sounds. Then, to top it off, they print you out a receipt that you take to the window, and not only do they forget your specific order that is printed and legible if they can read. They forget some of your items......also the frys and items were cold within the 20-minute drive back home. Not at all worth the wait!Parking: You will be greeted and directed by at least if not more than 20 employees before your meal.....yes it is as redundant as it sounds.
