Ordered 2 frys waited 12 minutes and nothing had to go up to “remind” them, also the card reader is broken and took over 7 attempted to insert card for to accept payment
Was not busy at all. Only 2 people ordered while I sat there for those 12 minutes took another 3 minutes after reminding them to get the frys

Of all the times I go here, this is the only fast food restaurant that gets my order right, time and time again. They are always a fast and efficient as can be.
Ate here a couple of times while in town for the birth of my grandson. Food was fresh, employees were friendly and we had no complaints whatsoever.

Being from the east coast this is my second time ever making it to In-N-Out burger. The place was packed but the staff was hustling to get the orders filled. The place was clean, the staff were kind and food was delicious.

Never had such a bad in n out experience. Ice cold burgers and soggy, bland fries. Really disappointed.
Well, you don't go to In-N-Out for the atmosphere. You go for the food and the service and it is always yummy and wonderful.
