The burger buns are absolutely trash. Some of the worst qualities are that it crumbles as you take a bite. Chsnge the buns. The fries are usually pretty soggy. The drive-through lines are getting out of hand as well. This place used to be a lot better than now. The overall quality has gone down a lot.

I love in-n-out. Food and staff are fantastic no matter which location i go to. They are always packed up no matter the time and location. That probably talk the quality and service they provide.

I regret to provide a 2-star rating. Of all the In-N-Out locations I've visited in California and Arizona, this one fell below the expected standards, with burnt grilled onions, unsatisfactory fries, and unpalatable lemonade. Furthermore, the restroom facilities were subpar, featuring a malfunctioning water faucet and an empty paper towel dispenser.
