In and Out never disappoints. There's always a friendly staff from the time your orders taken to the time it is ready. The food is always fresh and made to order and hot. The burgers, double-double or 4x4, 3x3 are always satisfying. The fries are always fresh and hot. They also taste great and are satisfying. Keep it up In and Out!

In and out is one of the most affordable fast food places left around where 2 people can eat for 20 bucks. Great 🍔's and 🍟's!

The burgers were great! The tables were dirty. Usually everything is very clean so it was surprising to see them like that.
I’ve always associated In-N-Out with efficiency and consistency, so this experience was especially disappointing. We waited 20 minutes in the drive-through, then were instructed to pull around to the front and wait another 20 minutes for our food.
After sitting there well past a reasonable amount of time, it became clear we had been completely forgotten. I had to go inside the restaurant to ask about our order, only to find out they were just then putting together our fries with the cheese on top.
No communication, no follow-up, and no accountability. If we hadn’t gone inside ourselves, I genuinely don’t know how long we would’ve been left waiting. Long waits can happen—but forgetting a customer entirely and only fixing it once confronted is unacceptable.
This was not the level of service I expect from In-N-Out, and it’s enough to make me think twice before coming back to this location. I would like a manager to contact me.

For being so late, it was a tasty meal. The gent running the register was so patient with my kids ordering and the food was delicious. Grilled onions were on point and the fries were tasty as usual!

Usually a good location but this time they got it completely wrong.... Everything about my order was completely wrong and completely disappointing make sure before you pull away from the drive-thru that you check your order because they they don't always check give you a random orders...

Just had to satisfy my craving for a vanilla shake, and this was one of the best! Drive through was PACKED, so I went in and got my shake wery quickly, like within 3 minutes!
