I love this place and have been several times. The bruschetta boards are amazing and the cheese and meats are of excellent quality and are sliced fresh. The bottles of wine are delicious and also a good value as is the food. The ambiance is lovely; I prefer to sit outside on the patio but the interior is very nice too. The service is top notch. Highly recommend for a leisurely and elegant evening and before or after a visit to the theatres or Phx Art museum.

Food on Wood Wine Bar is a hidden gem in our city, located in Mid-Town Phoenix in the Muse Condo Building on Central and McDowell. Serving Light eats like flatbread pizza's, cheese and meat boards, sandwich's and of course a great selection of wine! We shared a bottle of 2020 Robert Hall Cabernet ($40) paired with the Caprese flatbread ($17) and the small meat & cheese board ($18). The Flatbread was well prepared drizzled with a balsamic reduction to finish which gave it a great tarty sweetness. The Small Meat and Cheeseboard was anything but "Small".. Meats sliced fresh behind the bar and Served with Brie, Manchego, and Burrata. The Focaccia was warm, soft and made by a local bakery nit the best I've ever had but certainly not terrible. Overall this is a great spot where you can grab a glass or a bottle and a light meal. The only downfall would be the owners do not schedule a second person on Friday & Saturday nights so don't be in a hurry because your Wine Steward is also your cook..so be patient! I love a good wine bar and Vincent made it so so So much better! He was so helpful with choosing a bottle of wine and made our experience so much more enjoyable! I also loved all the wood accents in the bar and on the patio! We missed out on their food but they let us bring a pizza in from Forni next door!

Ambiance amazing, I had the Prosecco which was delicious and the hummus which was super tasty and flavorful! Great place for after work bites and a drink to decompress. Servers are always kind, knowledgeable and attentive! Highly recommend!

We found this for lunch and though we don't drink wine, we looked over the menu and tried the food. So, so glad we did! Our waiter, Vincent, made terrific suggestions and was a spot on server. He was personable, professional and efficient. He hand made the food and we were blown away - Amazing Caprese Pinsa flatbread (I'd get this every time), a delicious sandwich and a light citrusy salad. The food was super fresh and the atmosphere was lovely. It is a hidden gem!

It's the Downtown Phoenix location where everybody actually knows your name. Whether you want to have an intimate date night or host a fun Happy Hour with work friends, or even attend one of their amazing wine tastings, you will not be disappointed! Now, let's talk FOOD & WINE! I get to try a new wine & new food item every single time! My personal favorites: Sunset Spritz with a delicious board of soooo many amazing meats & cheeses (you HAVE to try Bresaola as one of your meats & Pecorino as one of your cheeses). Are you on your way yet?? I know I'll be there again very soon!

Cozy little spot with great service & drinks. Walked over after dinner & we were super impressed. Pleasantly surprised to find cocktail offerings, and not just wine (although we do love the wine). Cocktail list was not super long, but the choices were great and we were very happy with the drinks we ordered. We're excited to have a nice little wine spot in the neighborhood, especially one that offers meat and cheeses to go with the great wine selection. Also nice to be able to grab bottles and charcuterie items to go. I suspect this is going to become a new fave spot for us:)

Cute little place where In Perfetto used to be. Right next to Il Forno. We found it after a visit to the Phoenix Art Museum and were pleasantly surprised. They have sandwiches and charcuterie boards and a wonderful wine list. Very reasonable prices. We got a small board with three meats (salami, mortadella, and prosciutto and three cheeses for $18. Delicious! Our new fave little place for a light meal and a glass!
