If you’re out of cookies maybe you should turn off the DoorDash and Uber systems. We can’t get refunded because y’all do your own deliveries & they don’t believe us when we say YOU called us to decline to deliver. I’ve lost 30 dollars over this & had to settle for cookies I don’t even want because getting a refund is such a hassle.Just MARK THEM UNAVAILABLE in the damn app.

These had to be worst the cookies I’ve ever had. They were really misshapen, so small and definitely not worth 4 for almost $13 dollars. I could have gone to fry’s store across the street and got a dozen for $3.99 with better quality than what I got here. I was hyped up by a coworker of mine of how good they were to only be disappointed.

Went here with a colleague late at night. The cookies were good, but not sure how fresh they are. Felt like they were just reheated in a microwave. With that said, i had a craving, and they hit the spot. The staff were friendly, even though there was a bit of a wait.

Had one of these cookies at work thought it was a great cookie. We ordered some for my guests. The delivery was very very late. The store said they were just too busy. The cookies arrived someclumped together and others in pieces. They were not the cookies that we ordered and they tasted awful. Some tasted as if the ingredients had not been mixed well. Others were so hard and chewy that you could not consume them. So disappointed. When we called to lodge a complaint we received excuses... They kept stating, "we were Busy"... It is so unfortunate that they have a good product and that their quality control and management is what is hindering their success.
After a delicious lunch at Wren & Wolf, next-door, my son, who is almost 3, was so good, I thought he had to get a treat. I remember on our walk to lunch I saw Insomnia Cookies. All you have to say is served warm! It makes a cookie that much better. We were going to just get him a chocolate chip cookie, but the menu looked great, and everything smelled amazing in there so we ended up getting a box of six.I ended up taking a bite of the chocolate chip cookie which was absolutely delicious and highly recommended and also of the peanut butter cookie, not my favorite. There was no one in there, there is outdoor seating with I think also a table or two inside. The service was very quick, and the prices were reasonable. I would go back here in a heartbeat to get that chocolate chip cookie. There was one cookie, I really wanted to try, but didn't. It was chocolate chip that had a Reese's peanut butter cup in the middle. I'm coming back for you!
