I used to love this place, especially for slices but the last several times I've gone in they have had minimum pizzas available. I mentioned it to the older man who works on the pizza side and he shrugged his shoulders and said "sorry" like he could care less. I won't be going back again.

I used to eat at Isa’s all the time before becoming vegan. They had some of the best pizza in town. Needless to say i was excited to see they now have vegan cheese. (no vegan meats tho.) I was a little concerned by some of the recent reviews saying there was new ownership and worse pizza, but we took a chance and ordered a pie with vegan cheese, mushrooms, onions and jalapeños. Sadly the only thing on the pizza with any flavor at all was the jalapeño. Weirdly totally flavorless pizza, like eating a 3D printing of a pizza. i even salted a slice of pizza for the first time in my life and it still had no flavor. The crust was crunchy but absolutely flavorless somehow. Venezias is more expensive for a vegan pie but at least it tastes good. I always want to give restaurants props for having vegan options but this just wasn’t good, especially for $40 for a single pie. We each ate two slices because we were starving but the rest we’ll probably toss, which means we just spent $10 a slice on bad pizza.

This food was awesome. The atmosphere was superb. My son's school poster was displayed that's what bought us there but will return just for the pizza

Isa’s was the best “New York style” pizza in Phoenix. Take it from me, I’m an expert. But now with new ownership, it’s quiet awful. The pie was overcooked and crunchy. Perhaps the new owners are using cheaper ingredients and don’t have the passion or the craft down. If this place is still going to call itself “New York style” than they need to clarify “Upstate New York Hick Town Style” not NYC style. It’s uncanny how “authentic” the pizza was in the past. And I hate using the word, “authentic”. Just look at this garbage new ownership is trying to pass off as good and legit. Look at that garbage crust. If I want mediocre garbage, I’ll just go to Barro’s, Venezia’s, or NYPD (New York Pizza Division).RIP Isa's! But my Family will rest easy. We live in the city of Chris Bianco/Pizzeria Bianco.

Hate leaving bad reviews, but don't waste your hard earned money on this pizza. It gets worse every time I give it another chance. Yesterday we ordered a large half pepperoni half sausage. Opened the box to get a slice and there was no cheese. A couple months ago they were cheap on the pepperoni, 13 pieces on a large. For $26 a pie I'm going elsewhere. Management please take control and train your pie makers, I s a frickin pizza. For $26, put the right amount of ingredients on it. Some advice to customers. Open the box right there and check your pizza. That's what I didn't do.

Very sad, Isa Pizza has been sold. New owners do not care about maintaining the quality of the pizza that was once phenomenal. Recipe has changed, sauce and dough are now sub par. No longer authentic East Coast pizza, is now ordinary low budget pizza you can get from any pizza shop in Phoenix.Been coming here for years, sadly today was the last time I eat at Isa pizza.

This place was a fraud. The pizza was nothing even close to NY besides the shape. Way too much cheese, flour on the crust and chewy crust. One slice was $3,50. What a waste of time.

Giving 1 star is being too generous, but unfortunately, that's the lowest star to give. We ordered a large pie with half cheese and half sausage and mushroom. It took about 45 minutes for them to bring out the pizza. It smelled horrible and tasted just as bad as it smelled. VERY disappointed and will definitely not be returning. The staff did not seem to care about any of the customers either.

Went in tonight for their “Grand Reopening “. This place is disgusting. Dust, and construction debris all over the food prep area and on all the counters. Water from the AC unit leaking onto open electrical sockets. The food is TERRIBLE. They used regular tomato sauce for pizza sauce. Crust is like dry cardboard. I won’t step foot in the dump ever again. Used to be a cool little neighborhood joint but what trash it’s become.

I would like to order your food, because I enjoy your pizza. However, if I can not order online due to being unavailable. Also, the phone line is automated and terminates the call most of the time. I'll have to go with another option. So sad!

This is the best pizza in the valley but the experience you’re gonna get is roll of the dice. Nothing online works. Sometimes they don’t have a pizza maker. It’s kinda a mess but I’m not gonna stop trying because the pizza is incredible.

The pizza was great the one time we had it.Sadly we’ve tried to order several times since and were either told the place is closed or that they aren’t accepting orders. Website and all links are down for ordering as well. ??

Pizza looked like it had been sitting there for hours. Didn't have full menu availability ??‍♀️ but at least the buffalo sauce for the wings were good, I guess.

Isa's is one of the best places in Phoenix for pizza by the slice. The huge 20" slices are even bigger than their usual 18" take out pie because it's too big for the take out boxes!!! But this isn't just the quantity. It's great pizza. The selection (seriously, look at the photo -8 pies!) always includes Nana's Special and, usually the white pie with ricotta, and often eggplant parm, as well as different meat/veggie combos. This is not cheese pizza that they throw some toppings on when they re heat your slice.

The owner is from Brooklyn, NYC. Hands down one of the best pizza in the valley
