10-23-23 I placed an online orde, I only have half hour lunch, I went in at time said ready, grabed food and left. I got to work on the other side of the mall. That's when u saw order was wrong, I took it eight back, mngr asked I I could wait for another batch, I said in a hurry just refund and left. I did not take the food, as I was leaving I had feeling I need proof of the refund. Jonathan did not help me right away, and u stood there well beyond my lunch time approx 49 minutes there. Then he came out to me and said can't refund same day. But marked in system comped, I do not know what that means. A week later I see I still do not have refund, and when I called he is not there. Summary they cost me about $30 in missed food and time.

Jordan wings To Go, finding it very odd that Chili's doesn't just use the it's just wings wings, and offer them at the same price... I don't think you're able to sit down at Chili's with your wings, but maybe if you send the bar you going to order some cocktails to go with them...?Really good flavors, generous portions and the chicken was on point! This is going to be my go-to for boneless wings!

This is Not just wings, It's Chilli's, The price I paid for a bowl of soup was very high, they need to make the bowl bigger ?I also had a Big piece of Fat in my soup ?Kid-friendliness: My nephew enjoyed his children stripes

Absolutely disgusting. Try at your own risk. The bone in wings still had feathers and blood. I can’t imagine this place being clean if they don’t even clean the meat. I will never recommend. Just nasty!!!

Bone in wings were very very soggy. Needs to be cooked way longer. They were barely warm when we got them. Very disappointed. The boneless wings had very little teriyaki, making them very dry. Mango habanero and the cajun hot were tasty tho.

Ordered through an uber eats app. Said it was ready...15 minutes later I got my order. 16 wings at 20 dollars and they hive me 15. At that price per wing and wait time... not cool. There is Native Grill and wings, Hooters, BWW, even wing stop. Just try another place that will fill your order is my advice.
The worst wing place ever. Their chicken is bland. I got the Buffalo medium and Parmesan garlic and they tasted so bad for a 40 dollar meal I ordered something else.

Ordered delivery from this location. Fries and wings were soggy. Nothing tasted fresh. The flavor was good but unfortunate to have been wasted on such poor quality food. Will not be eating here again. If you are looking for a good wing place this isn’t it.

I placed my order, arrived at 630, received a text saying my order was ready as I parked. I checked in and waited 10 minutes before I finally walked in to pick up my order.The curb side cashier was wildly not interested in checking the pickup notifications and admitted I checked in 10 minutes ago. I got a half hearted apology.I called the store 6 minutes later and the manager was condescending and outrageously rude.I got home and checked the temp of the wings. They didn’t even register 100°I threw them out and I want my money back. NOW.

For starters I just want to say that this place used to be so good but lately it’s gone downhill. Tonight will definitely be the last time we eat here. We ordered food for pickup and when we got home and opened the box we saw that the chicken was half sauced so most of the wing was dry. The worst thing about the meal was the curly fries…..they were so burnt and hard that when picked up it would crumble into a bunch of pieces. Total trash.
