The restaurant burned down 3/25/2022. (The rest of this is filler. Yelp wouldn't post the "review" because it was "too short")

Sushi is fresh and well prepared. Portions are generous. The dining room is very clean. We order here regularly.

Great menu with everything you'd expect at a Chinese restaurant and more with sushi. Sushi looked great also. Food was plentiful and service was good but super fast. Would have liked a little more time between courses.

I have been hunting for a good sushi place for quite some time. Very fresh fish - tried the Naruto Roll and loved every second of it. Yellowtail, salmon and tuna were all delightful. My husband confirms delicious wontons as well. Egg rolls and miso soup- on point too. Don't ever change JC- I needed this

Ordered JC Sushi for delivery on 2/12/22, the two sushi rolls came in what can best be described as sushi cones. I'm guessing the person making the sushi rolls that night just gave up on everything and quit? How did this even get sent out? It was in a container with a clear top too. Never ordering again from here.

Always good. Try the Fire Cracker special roll! Egg drop soup and wonton soup is great as well

This is a quiet hole in the wall, but the food is delicious! The sushi is made with very fresh ingredients and is beautifully presented. The Sweetheart roll was gorgeous and yummy and pork fried rice made my fried rice connoisseur husband very happy.

First, the staff were very polite and helpful. The lady at the front desk was kind, and the restaurant itself looked very clean and nice.I got an order for pickup today, and it was roughly $33 for just me + tip. Yaki udon with steak, and steam bun appetizer was what I ordered. The high cost isn't ideal, but I won't complain about that.Steam buns were pretty good. They were small, but there were six of them so the size wasn't an issue. They reminded me of steam buns I buy to reheat from Mekong or H-Mart. Not bad, not great, just ok.(Steak) Yaki udon was, unfortunately, not better. The steak was thin, chewy, and really tasted like it was somehow all gristle. The dish was incredibly salty. So much so, I couldn't finish it, and I don't view myself as a picky eater ? I couldn't eat more than a few bites of the meat, and maybe ate half my dish before stopping. I drank so much water afterwards; just way too salty. The noodles themselves were great though; I love udon.I've read so many good reviews about this place, but they all seem to be about the sushi, so maybe I just ordered the wrong thing. I'll give this place one more try ✌️

We had Snow White roll and it was some of the best sushi I've ever had. We also had Tofu & Vegetable in Hot Pot. Wonderful flavor. Incredibly fresh veggies. We don't live close but will go out of our way to come back.

If you love sushi and don’t want to worry so much on spending so much at the same time, come here! Best so far in Phoenix with taste and price that is matched perfectly! This is my 3rd time here and so far, everything is so tasty.

Great atmosphere, service, and food. They hand roll at the bar in front of you and they do have a list of Chinese entrees made in the kitchen, soups, salads and a full bar with hot saki, Asian and domestic beers, and top shelf liquor. great music. Clean establishment.

Food was good and early but no silverware to eat it and we were staying in a hotel and had it delivered. Hard to eat food without utensils. Had to go to the front desk and get a couple spoons. I would have given 4 stars but details are everything sometimes.

I kept getting their menu in the mail, I finally decided to order for delivery tonight. I ordered wonton soup, egg rolls, sweet and sour chicken, lo-mein, and a sushi combo. The sushi combo was a Cali roll, salmon roll, and tuna roll. The fish did not taste fresh at all. The avocado in the sushi was a bit brown. I'm usually one to finish my sushi and I couldn't do it. The sweet and sour chicken had really tiny pieces, and was mostly breading. The sauce also tasted different than the sweet and sour sauce most people are expecting. I thought the lo-mein was decent but even that had a funny taste after a few bites. The soup was nothing special. I probably wouldn't order from here again or recommend it. I want to also mention it came to $55 before tip

They make excellent sushi in this restaurant, however... The Chinese food is their weak point. From what we tried it either lacks flavor or has a weird smell. It isn't completely horrible but it does need improvement.
