Always getting my order wrong and always give me the wrong size drink when I pay for something I expect to get but I paid for it

I have paid over $30 DLS for two snack boxes and a combo. I was directed to the parking lot to wait for my order, which took 10 minutes to be ready. In one box I received a few small pieces without stuffed jalapenos inside, and half a box of a large size curly fries in another. I was on my way home from work, tired and hungry. I would not go back to this place again!

You would think that due to jack in the box being 24/7 u can receive food at and time of the day……Not at this location, if u are hungry during the graveyard shift, hope ur not looking forward to that breakfast plater or breakfast jack because they make every excuse NOT 2 take ur order. Computers reboot for hours through out the night according to the workers or they can only take online orders during graveyard shift Why have a 24/7 location yet u don’t serve ur customers till the morning shift

The staff seems disgusted to have to provide a service for the public and it reeked off intensely. Their cheese does not seem to have the capability of melting alongside of the menu dilemma that is designed to confuse to ultimately make the consumers hold themselves accountable for overspending. Too much indolence for so little nutrients.

It is September 13 , 5:30 am currentlybeen waiting 30 minutes for 4 tacos and a drink because they can only serve fried food , these guys also like to say my cooks in the bathroom ilwe can't make anything rn give us 20 minutes it's always the same guy
