This review is long overdue. I live right around the corner and I frequently visit this Jack In The box and they are very consistent here. The food is made when you order it it's always fresh the professionals at the drive-thru window are so nice and friendly. I normally don't give reviews on fast food joints like Jack in the box but coming here made me realize how consistent this particular location is. Kudos to you guys! 🎉

I’ve ordered deliver twice via DoorDash and was missing half my order both times. This has been an ongoing issue and unfortunately DoorDash cannot refund anymore. This is unfortunate we lost now about $100 worth of food. Jack and the box down broadway mesa to get better with ensures and double checking peoples orders.

I came through the drive-through today and really disappointed. It is not OK for you guys to charge me a large size when I got a medium size and you guys didn’t give me my receipt. Also my wrap didn’t come with no lettuce, barely anything I am really disappointed. I should be able to get my money back Also, the strip looks old. I am not gonna be driving back. This is ridiculous as a person that works at a fast food. You guys should know this. Not right for you guys to be doing that
