I came through the drive-through today and really disappointed. It is not OK for you guys to charge me a large size when I got a medium size and you guys didn’t give me my receipt. Also my wrap didn’t come with no lettuce, barely anything I am really disappointed. I should be able to get my money back Also, the strip looks old. I am not gonna be driving back. This is ridiculous as a person that works at a fast food. You guys should know this. Not right for you guys to be doing that

I ordered food here and was missing my fry’s and a week before I had ordered a chicken sandwich and the chicken sandwich was old and disgusting like if was sitting there for a good while and they take forever to take drive thru orders there was only one person in front of us and they told us to wait

I ordered fries and a side salad as a vegan. I didn’t know they included cheese on the side salad, so when I checked it and asked them for a refund or another order of fries instead, the person at the window told me the salads are prepackaged and shut the window doors on me and continued working. I waited a few minutes and they brought me a new bag. This bag contained a salad with no cheese on it… but they’re prepackaged with cheese. I cannot consume dairy at this point because of dietary restrictions, but irregardless, my issue is that they picked the cheese out of my salad by hand. That’s gross on multiple levels for me. I just left instead of asking for a refund or another order of fries a second time. Maybe I’ll try calling the number to get a refund??? But I didn’t get a RECEIPT so I don’t know how to prove I even made this stupid order. But they sure did get my money.
