The lady who served us was very kind and attentive. The establishment is decent. But the Zone is kind of ugly. I honestly didn't like the taste of the food, the portions are good but the flavor could be better.

Came in to get a grilled cheese and soda. My grilled cheese was 2 warm toast with 2 slices of cold pieces of cheese mashed together. I brought in hoping they would put it back on the stove to melt but the manager flat out told me that that’s how grilled cheese is made. What kind of grilled cheese is made by slapping cold slices of cheese on warm bread? I have never been gaslit so hard in my life

13JAN25 at 2pm I went through the drive through, I ordered my food then paid, I was told to go back through the drive through, they were STILL not ready, they forgot to cook my 4pc nuggets, so they told me to pull through and wait by their side door, a car pulled behind me after so to let them out I pulled to the parking lot, then that car went back through the drive through-the car before me did the same so its not a 1x occurance, then 1 person came out and gave an order to the car behind me, the worker gave out an order, came up to me asked my order and said he gave it to THAT car, he apologized and asked my order AGAIN, and then the female came out and asked my order AGAIN and then went back inside, it's now been 15mins, I waited and then the 1st guy came back out with what I thought would be my order but the burger was wrong, fry were wrong, and STILL missing the 4pc nuggets. I informed him and he came back with the nuggets and curley frys. It's now 20mins past my first arrival, wrong food, cold food, no receipt and just horrible service. If the owner is reading this FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF, start with the manager because this is THE WORST Jack in the Box I've been to across the country!!! IDK how they forget 4pc nuggets several times, then cooked it and it's STILL cold. This is piss poor leadership, planning, and how to operate. The staff seemed like they were sharing 2 brain cells and they were all fighting for 4th place. I don't write reviews much unless it's well deserved. THIS IS THE WORST JACK IN THE BOX IN AMERICA AND GUAM!!!

I ordered the most simple order ever not only did she get it wrong probably because she was on her cell phone while myself and three customers waited for her to finish but also my tacos were not fresh were not hot and I had them special ordered I’m really upset I could have saved my money such a waist of time and money even patience

Always good service just last night for our two large fries and our 6tacos were not fresh at all we been calling since last night no answer it just rings and rings and eventually hangs up. I just want a refund or just replace my order please. Our family definitely likes coming here we usually order big orders due to our children but with a small mistake please answer the phones.Thank you for your time and I’ll go in person to discuss this and hopefully get it solved.Thank you again for your time and efforts.still one of our faves -Golden family

Drive through employee should never expect a donation to non profit or make a customer feel bad for saying no.
More should we be asked to pull away from the drive to wait in the parking beyond 5 minutes to help reduce service order completion times.
