These people don’t know to run a restaurant. The manager uses the bathroom and doesn’t wash her hands and then they tell people they are out of food or they will stand in the back and laugh as people are getting frustrated. When I’m in drive thru they take an hour. When I go inside to dine in they take even longer to get the food out. Maria is the only one that’s moving around and even with the language barrier she’s polite and friendly.

They are never open at night after 11:30pm and they are closed till breakfast time always a waste of time because they don’t want to work. It has happened 4 times already. Get it together y’all just reheat food.

So I came through this spot in the morning twice and I got two different excuses as to why they could not serve me. The first time was because the system was down so they couldn't take orders, I went to drop my brother off at the airport, placed and paid for an order on the app, and then came back through. The same person from the first time then told me that they did not have the experience and I would have to wait 15 min for the next shift to get in and so I did. I waited 30 min and went back through the drive through to see if anything had happened. When I had asked to speak to someone in charged, the person I had talked to apologized and they got me my food, they all were sorry but I feel like I had a bad experience at this establishment that made me unhappy and they kinda just let me go without trying too hard to make it a positive experience.

I come here about 4 times a week Monday thru thursday in the afternoons (my shift starts at 4pm,fyi). And I have to say, I am so sick of eating the most disgusting food on my way to my second job. If I order tacos, I'll get tacos that look lile they cooked with the dirtiest oil they have. Probably haven't changed for the whole week. If I order a jumbo jack, the bread looks to be all crusty as if it's old and it's always cold! And every single time after paying, they always ask to go reverse and pull forward again, and I know it's for their time being recorded. Lile there needs to be a major management overhaul and serious look into the quality of food. I just want something cheap and fast but still edible the least.

Terrible service, this lady said she was the manager of all the locations, and refused to take my order initially because I asked for the restroom code before ordering. I was planning on ordering I just had to use the restroom first. So rude.
