Worst customer service ever! Highly do not recommend this place at all. Definitely needs professional management. Staff Maria and manager Janeth are extremely rude that do not follow the customer service rule. My order / food was wrong and food was under temperature. Why work for a place you do NOT enjoy.

I ordered an Uber eats the two for one my munchie meal they send me one then I call them and tell him hey you just sent me one when it's a 241 they're like oh I didn't see it they work there all damn day long they know it's a two for one deal on Uber eats be careful they're going to try to rip you off and the food was kind of crappy too.....not happy

For some reason they always forget to give you your receipt, and the costumer service and the attitude of the worker name Oralia D it’s one of the worsts, and with big orders they always forget something, a hash brown, taco and even something else from your combo and when you go back they try to get the food that they forgot to give you they confront you with the worst attitude.

I 💕 Jack in the Box on 35th Ave McDowell Rd I have been going here for years and I can say that it has gotten better than before. Just make sure you ✔️ your food before you leave sometimes they forget to give you everything.

I usually stop after work which is around 2:30 am on Wednesday through Saturday. The cashier at that time is super helpful, nice and just has great customer service. The food is always warm, and out fast. The cook and cashier are Awesome 👌
