The food was cold, and the French toast was too hard to eat. The employee at the window did not say thank you and asked us to park and pull forward without any courtesy. They also forgot my son’s fries, so he had to go back inside to get them.

Second time this week they messed up my order. Monday of 11/17/25 I went and they forgot my fries today 11/20/25 I went and made me wait 5 minutes then didn’t even give me a receipt neither did I get my order correct . I Called the store and the person in charger name “Jackie” didn’t even want to provide with corporate information or an email to her boss to complain . There was one of the staff members outside talking between 9:48pm-10pm while getting food order incorrect. And then has the nervous to hanging up the phone on me. Lack of training and discipline

How two different locations manage to forget cheese on a cheeseburger is beyond me. And those were the only things i ordered those separate times. Only reason i didnt give one star is bc the service here was nice and the food tasted good, price point is eh. Not coming back to any Jack In The Box, tho.

SHORT STAFFED is the only explanation for the longest silence at the drive through, when saying hello after maybe 8 minutes, you get another just a moment!! Then wait another 5 minutes. People behind us pulling up to ask for a reason we don't have. The cook is probably the drive through attendant. This is unacceptable for this jack is on 2 of the most busiest cross streets. First and last time visiting this Jack. Paying was just as time consuming. They need to get it together.

Try d to get milkshake and sead ice-cream machine exploded like Bruh yall aren't McDonald's and one time was ordering and dude say hi welcome to taco bell Bruh and the food was cold smh
The food wasn't good at all it was all uncooked and I just got off work I was trying to enjoy a good burger meal but couldn't even enjoy it and paid 17$ I will never go back to that jack n the box
