This location is great. The food is average. And clean overall. The reason for 1 star is the self order kiosk not working properly and when I ask for help the clerk would not help and was moody. She was either high or it was a language barrier. I've been going to the location since 1962 and it has markedly declined. Good help is hard to find. The day i was there was 12 7 2025 at 730 am. With the beautiful light rail right South Central and Southern it could increase its profits exponentially. This to the Owner either shake it up or shut it down.

Kinda sketchy homeless people wandering around. One location had a really nice security guard. That made me feel good. You always need a code for these bathrooms and it is annoying. I need to start taking notes of the different codes in different bathrooms. Then create a secret group to share the codes with homeless people I like and won't mess up a good thing.

The only reason this store is getting a 2 is because of the manager there I believe her name was sandra. When I asked how much a large soda is it was like 7 bucks. I think I could have bought a 12-pack of soda and fries for $4 that is so ridiculous I cannot believe where this terrible corporate America is heading! 👎

Jack in the Crack has really plummeted in quality. This one is small and kind of dirty tbh. Never that busy tho but still may have to wait for someone to take your order. Way over priced for the quality it is

I have to give this place 3 stars only because Mary works there. Her customer service is amazing. However, this location states that it's open 24 hours a day, but about 3 days a week. They are closed because they are short staff. It is becoming to be really ridiculous. it's a constant problem. Something must be done about this location, stating that they're open 24 hours, but 3 days out of the week at 5:30 AM to 7 AM you can get no service from them. Then they say that you can order online. On DoorDash and pick it up. But when you go to do that, they have it to where you can't even customize your order. So that means that an employee is just sitting in the location. Getting paid to do absolutely nothing and that is ridiculous...

It says open 24 hours but when me and my friends went to get food, the lady in the drive thru said she can’t serve us because they’re short staffed. So what is the point of staying open? What are you doing ALL night that you can’t serve 3 people when there was no line at all? It’s like she didn’t want to work at all because there was no one in line and it was 2am. What do they do all night that they are too busy to serve customers when it’s supposed to be open 24 hours? Stupid.
