This is the third time that has happened here at this store. Iâve come by many times before and had no problem. Donât come to this store, theyâre rude and want to prevent from losing money just so they can earn bonuses. Lmfao, Iâve worked at a fast food restaurant before so i know how those greedy managers work.

The only reason this store is getting a 2 is because of the manager there I believe her name was sandra. When I asked how much a large soda is it was like 7 bucks. I think I could have bought a 12-pack of soda and fries for $4 that is so ridiculous I cannot believe where this terrible corporate America is heading! đ

Jack in the Crack has really plummeted in quality. This one is small and kind of dirty tbh. Never that busy tho but still may have to wait for someone to take your order. Way over priced for the quality it is

I have to give this place 3 stars only because Mary works there. Her customer service is amazing. However, this location states that it's open 24 hours a day, but about 3 days a week. They are closed because they are short staff. It is becoming to be really ridiculous. it's a constant problem. Something must be done about this location, stating that they're open 24 hours, but 3 days out of the week at 5:30 AM to 7 AM you can get no service from them. Then they say that you can order online. On DoorDash and pick it up. But when you go to do that, they have it to where you can't even customize your order. So that means that an employee is just sitting in the location. Getting paid to do absolutely nothing and that is ridiculous...

It says open 24 hours but when me and my friends went to get food, the lady in the drive thru said she canât serve us because theyâre short staffed. So what is the point of staying open? What are you doing ALL night that you canât serve 3 people when there was no line at all? Itâs like she didnât want to work at all because there was no one in line and it was 2am. What do they do all night that they are too busy to serve customers when itâs supposed to be open 24 hours? Stupid.

Literally buy here a lot and tonight they dropped the ball was rude as hell gave us no ketchup no nothing for chicken sandwichs fries tacos and the food is cold terrible terrible terrible was so rude when we asked for ketchup

Don't even bother going for the morning menu, they've consistently gotten my order wrong 3 times in a row. I order 1 sandwich and they get it wrong basically every time. Save your money and go somewhere else.
