Unprofessional and disappointing customer service.I ordered and paid for 3 chicken wraps earlier today and when I opened the bag after I got home it only had 2 chicken wraps. It’s really disappointing because they were not busy at all and I don’t know why they would do this.

Dirtiest toilet. I Sat on a tall chair to eat my breakfast. It was the stickiest Chair. Now my work pants are sticky and dirty.
Today, I visited this specific Jack in the Box location to enjoy lunch with my husband, as we frequently find ourselves on the road, making this one of our preferred restaurants. I was quite impressed by the cleanliness of the establishment and the professionalism of the staff. Additionally, I observed the individual responsible for cleaning, who was diligently scrubbing and ensuring that the premises were kept in excellent order. Restrooms are very clean just the same and the experience was very comfortable. This is one of the cleanest and most well-maintained Jack in the Box locations I have encountered in quite some time. Although it may be an older Jack in the Box, it is exceptionally well-maintained and operates efficiently. The dedicated cleaner was named Patricia, Manager. I was amazed that even with her managerial position, she was undertaking such a menial task as janitor as well. I commented her on her wonderful work. I was very impressed by the cleanliness. She informed me that remodeling the entire establishment would cost approximately $3 million. Nevertheless, I believe that as it currently stands, it is very well-kept. Thank you for providing us with such a well-ordered establishment like this Jack in the Box. Excellent 👍

I literally just left the Thomas road location because I was told they wouldn’t take my order. We came to the Indian school location and they kept asking what we wanted. We repeated the sauced mini tacos at least three times and we got home with no sauces mini tacos… :( every time I went to the Tempe location, they forget my egg-rolls too. I always miss out on something I pay for.

2 cars in line and this was around 1:30am. Ordered a bacon ultimate cheeseburger with no mayo or mustard. Lady said it doesn’t come with that and started naming off different ingredients for a different burger. Questioned her and she corrected herself and said “oh the #4” said ”yes, no mayo or mustard please” well apparently I order a breakfast sandwich…got my fries correct though.
