Had to pick up an Uber order (FOR MYSELF), would’ve took maybe 30 seconds but for some reason they have their doors closed early. It says OPEN UNTIL 11 PM. I waved at somebody just for them to shake their head no. I don’t understand how that’s OK at all when you guys have on your door that it’s open until 11 PM. It is 10:30 pm, so 30 minutes before 11 and I’m only picking up an order…. Never again. Change your times to better reflect your actual hours.

They closed their dining room well before 11 so my 30 second uber eats pickup turned into waiting 15 min in the drive thru for it. Poor service. Jack in the box down the street is way better

A lot of homeless people here morning people in the drive through are rude. Anyways I ask for a large mocha ice coffee extra mocha and the lady doesn’t even listen they charge me extra and didn’t put extra. Also my food always cold

The lady who answered the phone was quite rude, didn’t even greet me politely. I called asking for the District Manager’s name and contact information and the lady straight forwardly said “We don’t have that” I asked once again, and she responded with “No, I don’t know that”. I then asked for her store manager’s name and contact information and she responded saying “No, I don’t know”. I was confused and having a hard time believing that she didn’t have or know, not even her Store manager’s contact information. She then said “She here Monday, come Monday bye.” Quite rudely and effortlessly. I share this and express it in this manner because I myself am concerned as to how customer service is carried out here. I speak of experience, as a former JIB employee, I thoroughly know that this message and experience is one, under no circumstance, JIB nor STINE enterprises wish to convey. Have a wonderful rest of your day! One last thing, if possible, may I please have the contact information of the district manager for this district, thank you.

Holy hell, where do I begin? Placed and order on their app for my lunch. Ordered two Jr. Chicken Sandwiches without mayo. Not hard to screw up, but screw it up they did. I was given two sandwiches with lettuce, copious amounts of mayo, and the buns. No chicken at all. Called to see if I can get it fixed but they refused to do so and got rude on the phone because I want what I paid for. The woman started blaming me for the stores mistake saying I ordered it without any chicken patties. Avoid this place as if your life depended upon it.

Update: They text me trying to blame me for their mistakes now. This is after I requested the corporate office to contact me. Wish I could give them negative stars.

**Review of Jack in the Box**

I recently had a disappointing experience at Jack in the Box that I feel compelled to share. I ordered the meat sausage burrito, expecting a satisfying meal, but to my dismay, there was no meat at all in it. It was quite shocking to receive what is supposed to be a meat-filled burrito completely devoid of its main ingredient!

Furthermore, the chicken I ordered was cold, which is never a good sign when you're looking forward to a warm meal. The chicken sandwiches were also served cold, making it difficult to enjoy them.

To top it off, I had to wait about 10 minutes for my food, which only added to my frustration, especially since everything arrived cold. This experience has left me feeling very disappointed, and I can confidently say that I would never return to Jack in the Box again.

If you're looking for a reliable fast-food option, I would recommend heading to McDonald's instead. At least there, you can expect consistently better quality and service.

Tacos were very bad. Cheese still cold. Also looked old. Frys seem to have been sitting awhile. Kids meals not hot (warm) the area looks dirty. Not going back there.

Workers are actively hiding in the back so they don't have to open the doors it's 45 minutes past opening time yet the door remains locked and workers are non existent

Just like any other jack in the sock, it's kindof annoying being asked for change when I'm trying to buy my food and go, only cause I have a hArd time saying no.
