They failed to give me my complete order. I drove back thru drive thru to complain, even after complaining they give me the wrong items AGAIN. Unacceptable to waste customers time with employees mistakes, by the time I could even eat my food it's cold. Management step you game up this is ridiculous.

Yikes. Tweakers on the outside, one working on the inside. Six plus cars waited over ten minutes for drive thru orders which she managed to mix up. Our fries were ice cold, sandwiches stale and cold and just wrong. It's right there on the Blade so to be safe don't startle any of the night ladies. And Jack and the Box in general gets a low rating for their prices too high for the quality.

Lots of crackheads, which is normal for JitB, but the worst part was how god awfully slow this place. A simple cheeseburger and fry shouldnt take 15+ minutes.

Well after 20 minutes I got cold ass fries and a lukewarm burger. No receipt at all so no clue if they charged me for my food or 10 other peoples.

Worst jack ever, i ordered 3 meals with curly fries and they gave me regular fries, i ordered 2 medium sodas and 1 small, they gave me 2 small and y medium, my burgers were cold, and the young lady was rude to us, never come back again.

Don’t come hete. I paid in cash the lady had no idea how to make change. I sat for 20 min looking at my food, that they for some reason didn’t give me while figuring out the math for $0.41 in change. Honestly had they opened the window to give me my food which is pretty standard. I wouldn’t have cared about the change, by the time I finally got the food it was cold. Horrible people skills from the woman working.

On the night of Sunday, Nov. 17th, I was behind a customer that was already waiting at the counter for service. After 10 minutes of not one of the workers even acknowledging our presence, I spoke to the person I assumed was the counter person and said," you have customers here that have been waiting for you to take their order". Her response, without even looking at me was "we're busy". I said, "too busy to even acknowledge your customers?" She said,"yes". I then told her everyone behind the counter had very bad customer service and that I was going to report them. Her response was, "I don't care. Do it." Unbelievable!!! Management needs to find out who these ladies are and have a serious conversation about proper customer service. Come on Jack! Do better!

So i did drive through and had a coupon i told the windo Girl in her 20s named MARIA she took my order and was rude and told me u can only use the cupon and if ur ganna order more stuff with out a cupon u need to come inside the store. In the coupon it never said you can only use the coupon and you can't order any more food with out a cupon and if you do u need to go inside the store. She gave us an attitude and was rude and never gave us a recipe aswell and i told her at burger king they treat people nice and i order with coupon and i add other food with out coupon and they never tell us come inside to order with out a cupon. Will never come back never ,im paying for my order its not free, for them to give an attitude if they don't like their job then find another one why the attitude this makes the restaurant look so bad. Ps and if the restaurant is ganna give coupons put only order in drive through with coupon and the rest of your food inside please and thank you.
