I ordered four tacos no sauce and when they brought them toe they were cold. They should of been hot but they weren't. I told her these were cold and she said this is how they are made. Give me these tacos . I'm gonna just give you a refund. She was rude and didn't even offer to make me fresh tacos like they are supposed to when you order. This place has a very bad habit of passing out food that has been sitting in the warmer window too long and the food isn't even warm it's cold and hard. No matter who I deal with here at the front . They are always rude and nasty towards me. And then they don't speak English when they are talking to their coworkers. They are speaking Spanish and then they all hide in the back and avoid the person they should be helping. I have been coming here to this place for about a year and Everytime I come in someone always is short and rude with me and whoever is the manager or owner. They do not care to take care of these attitudes and actions these workers do to the customer's this location is 27 th ave and camelback. Do not come here. They are rude and always mess up your order and when you try to talk to them they are sarcastic and angry with you.

I placed a mobile order thinking it would save time, but even after going through the drive-thru I was parked and left waiting nearly 20 minutes. When my order finally came out, it was missing drinks, and no one ever came back out, so I had to go inside myself.
When I got home, I discovered my order was completely wrong — including items I’m allergic to on my burger. I immediately called the restaurant, and the person who answered said they’d “check” on it, then left me on hold indefinitely.
I ended up driving back to the restaurant, only to have the team leader, Rebeca, argue with me and try to blame me for the mistake instead of taking accountability.
Overall, just an awful experience. Slow service, poor communication, and zero professionalism. Definitely not coming back to this location.

I will be honest I only like the sourdough jack.I went there for someone else and they have the build a meals so you can get just your faves. What makes this jack in the box extra special is the employees . Alisea, Brian and Salvador are the fastest and super friendly. I hope their sup knows what a great team they are!

Writing this for my dad. He is 79 years old and has always been a fan of drinking a cup of coffee early in the morning at fast food restaurants. I can remember him going to this Jack and the box for a few years now and every morning he orders one coffee and sits in the restaurant for about 30 min to an hour and listens the the radio in a ear piece. Recently he’s been told that they will no longer sell him anything and that he’s not welcome there anymore. My dad isn’t homeless. I know they have issues with homeless people around there but my dad isn’t homeless. He’s just an old man that wakes up early and like to enjoy his coffee and read the paper/listen to the radio.
He was hurt by this because he had been going there for a while. Never bothered anyone and now they don’t want him around.

I had the buttery bacon & Swiss cheese smash burger and it was 1 of the best burger I had from Jack in the box. Deer valley and the freeway is on point with there food.
