Man in drive thru speaks hardly any English to take an order an the would not substitute coffee for a soda even when offered to pay diff. Did not take the coffee an was asked about hot sauce an said no jus give me my food .person got angry an gave us our food an then slammed window an didn't even give us our drink for the other meal.tried calling store to speak to manager an was hung up 4 different times . Never ever had a problem at this store an everyone has always been nice. Not today.

I just went there, got the new milk shake and some fries. I waited 5 minutes at the speaker and then I waited 20 minutes in line. I got to the window the girl was rude, I work in fast food so I get it! But she was absolutely rude. She gave me my milkshake and the shake was all over the cup so i politely asked for napkins and she threw them at me. Not only that she threw sauce packets and napkins at the car infront of me.
It took us 20 mins to receive are food, they had us back up and wait till they were ready. 20mins went by so we drove to window see what was going on. We had 3 cars behind us. I would like to have manger please contact us. I took proof when we paid and when we got the food.
