Love the freshness of the crispy chicken wrap I always go here this is the only place that warms up the Tortillas and give me a decent wrap other jacks don't compare

We got food poisoning up the butt smh. It's so strange because the food seemed normal tasted normal but unfortunately it had e coli and salmonella..... And they do need the health department called on them because if anything that has to do with the way they're handling the food or it has to be the temperatures or something along the lines of not washing their hands something because Lord knows how sick we were for a full 4 days.

Went through the drive-through and spent $90 for a couple meals the girl through the drive-through was very rude. Very unprofessional. Doesn’t have customer service skills.! they asked me to pull to the side and waited over 30 minutes for a few meals and when I got home, food was missing ! And the food was cold ! This is ridiculous. I tried to call to let them know and nobody answers.! Definitely go to another Jack-in-the-Box if you want better service ! I would’ve gave it a zero stars !!

This lady is so rude. She was hurrying us up to order. She grabbed our money as if she was annoyed and mad to be working.
Nubia the Cashier/Order taker was tremendously Pro-Active and very hard driven. Plus her Customer service skills were excellent and she constantly is multitasking aswell as working so hard. In fact I strongly believe she deserves a Pay raise by no means.

Ordered an Uber eats pick up for myself. When I got home and opened the box I saw 4 onion rings in the munchie meal I ordered. There's absolutely no way that's the proper portion size. I'm still pissed.

I just came through the drive thru earlier. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and curly fries. When I got my food the sandwich was dry. The chicken tasted like it was made 15 mins ago and we got regular fries which were also stale. My sandwich also didn’t have any tomato or cheese on it with a sorry piece of lettuce. Whoever is on back line should care a little more, it’s not hard to make a sandwich right especially since it’s not modified.
