Nubia the Cashier/Order taker was tremendously Pro-Active and very hard driven. Plus her Customer service skills were excellent and she constantly is multitasking aswell as working so hard. In fact I strongly believe she deserves a Pay raise by no means.

Ordered an Uber eats pick up for myself. When I got home and opened the box I saw 4 onion rings in the munchie meal I ordered. There's absolutely no way that's the proper portion size. I'm still pissed.

I’m so surprised that this Jack-in-the-Box does not currently have higher rating maybe in the future it will show higher but it’s definitely a 4.8 here. The lady was checking the restaurant with her iPad, verifying all the checkpoints when I arrived. When I walked in, I was greeted by the young gentleman. These people are so professional and clean and helpful and informative. I just want you to know that this is an excellent Jack-in-the-Box.
