In all of my whole life never have I heard of the fryer being broken. They should close it down already.

My mom and I ordered though the drive way of three classic potato wedges with no ranch sauce with extra cheese and bacon bits so we got to the main window a lady asked us if qe needed ranch sauce in which my mom said no and the lady had a attitude towards us there was no bacon bits, as she give us one classic potato wedge with no bacon bits in the bag and then my mom had to correct the lady in the front window she didn't give us our order right, but instead she give us cheese potato wedges without the bacon bits in which they were lazliy done so after we got our first one I ate the first one and the second and third ones the lady at the first window told me and my mom to park in area 1, so we waited and the guy ignored us and we waited again and again just didn't ask what was our order but instead he rudely give my mom the bag of food and left.

They forgot my tacos and I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my refund. Sometimes we use drive thru for a reason and having to go back because the order was not complete it’s a waist of time. Next time I’m definitely checking my order at the window to make sure everything is there.

The counter man was by far the most courteous Jack in the Box person I have ever encountered. The restroom was also spotless (probably due to the door codes).

Okay, I ordered 2 orders of 3 donut holes. When I received my order there were only 4 donut holes, 1 in a big by itself and 3 in another bag. When I told the employee who brought out the rest of our order, he looked at me like I was either crazy or not being honest, this over 2 addl donut holes. THE MAIN POINT IS SOMEONE CANT COUNT TO 3! Like I'm really going to try and come up on jack in the box for 2 donut holes... Unbelievable the lack of basic skills at this place....
Food came out fast and it seemed fresh enough for the time it came out. Not all jacks can do that

Unprofessional, rude and unknowledgeable ask them a question they answer and it turns out to be incorrect not only that but it’s hard to hear them talk as them to speak up and look at you like your dumb, you are nice a polite to them and they just ignore you not only that but get your order wrong and not put the stuff you requested in, this is not just one instances but multiple occurrence.

Horrible customer service can't even ask for a water cup "do to safety" I would never turn someone down that needs water in this heat THAT is a health risk and just straight messed up to treat a human being like that and to think it was a MANAGER just sad learn how to treat people because if it was you and you felt like passing out due to walking 5 miles in the heat you would want someone to show some decency and hanging up on someone that's making a complaint just puts the cherry on top I would steer clear of this place the workers are garbage and shout out to the guy that cared enough to get a water cup for me I appreciate that the world needs more people like you
