I just got food from here. I ordered a large combo off one of the meals . I get the meal and I check the bag and notice they gave me small fries. And I went and asked the lady if that was the large fry now because they did that last time too , when I had also ordered a large combo but I didnt say anything to them . So I go ask and she tells me that I only ordered a large drink and not a large fry ?? And that makes no sense because when you pick a large combo drink and fries are supposed to be large. And she didnt want to give me what I paid for 🤣so I paid for large fries and got small ones then on the receipt ofcourse if says its a large combo but ok I guess

The person in charge named Maria I think they all say they're Maria was extremely rude when I came to pick up my order she slammed the window in my face she must think I'm her husband or kids that she can yell at she should really be re-educated in customer service

I've noticed when we come in, everything is s automated that they ignor U when U come up to the register. Where U need to use the Bathroom or report water in the floor someone can slip & fall on. I finally grabbed a whole bunch of paper Napkins h cleaned it myself, even tho it wasn't my mess. Thank U ☺️ very much a regular customer ☺️

My mom and I ordered though the drive way of three classic potato wedges with no ranch sauce with extra cheese and bacon bits so we got to the main window a lady asked us if qe needed ranch sauce in which my mom said no and the lady had a attitude towards us there was no bacon bits, as she give us one classic potato wedge with no bacon bits in the bag and then my mom had to correct the lady in the front window she didn't give us our order right, but instead she give us cheese potato wedges without the bacon bits in which they were lazliy done so after we got our first one I ate the first one and the second and third ones the lady at the first window told me and my mom to park in area 1, so we waited and the guy ignored us and we waited again and again just didn't ask what was our order but instead he rudely give my mom the bag of food and left.

They forgot my tacos and I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my refund. Sometimes we use drive thru for a reason and having to go back because the order was not complete it’s a waist of time. Next time I’m definitely checking my order at the window to make sure everything is there.

The counter man was by far the most courteous Jack in the Box person I have ever encountered. The restroom was also spotless (probably due to the door codes).
