They forgot my tacos and I had to drive back to the restaurant to get my refund. Sometimes we use drive thru for a reason and having to go back because the order was not complete it’s a waist of time. Next time I’m definitely checking my order at the window to make sure everything is there.
This is my favorite store and is the best Jack in the box around 100% completely recommend and I am not a robot and I was not paid to say this this place is actually really awesome they will do things for you like the other places just won't
I have been coming to this location for over 20 years. Always awesome customer service- quick and easy. Had one negative experience recently but everyone has their bad days- this spot is always my go to. Thanks for being consistent all these years!
