Came here to order and the individual taking my order suddenly switched her tone to a very racist Asian accent. When I pulled up to the window, it was a heavy set Hispanic young lady who THEN switched back to her normal voice. Heard laughter in the background from her peers and a smug look on the server's face. Very disappointed with how the company upholds their respect for their customers, especially towards asian americans like myself. Hopefully they will do better and be more professional, but I fail to see that happening with the reviews I'm currently reading about this place :)

Terrible Experience at Jack in the Box – Unwelcoming and Unprofessional
I stopped inside Jack in the Box for a DoorDash pickup because the drive-thru was backed up, and what followed was a masterclass in careless service that wasted my time and left me frustrated.
Issues Encountered
- I was handed the wrong order with no name or number matching my DoorDash ticket. - After pointing out the mistake, the employee agreed to fix it but never resealed or bagged the new order. - I had to hunt down another staff member for a bag, condiments, and napkins—tasks that should have been handled automatically. - The staff showed zero urgency or concern for how these missteps impacted my customer’s delivery window.
Overall Impression
This kind of sloppy, uncaring behavior makes the entire DoorDash process feel unwelcome and unprofessional. If Jack in the Box can’t handle a simple takeout order properly, drivers and customers alike deserve to know what they’re in for before waiting in line or placing an order.

I had tried calling 3 times with no answer, First of all, I was made to wait on my food which was fine. But then the person had brought me out. My food had balled up the top of the bag. The side of the bag was wrapped the burger looked like somebody else had it. There was like a fingerprint on the bun , which was hard and stale and I just threw it away. I wasted $14 on a meal that was supposed to be fresh since I had to sit and wait for it... I had ordered the jumbo jack double cheeseburger combo meal large.

Order through the app as I was in a hurry for work. The burger was super greasy! Oil was dripping all over the paper the lettuce and onions were old and soggy! I couldn’t eat it and threw it away.

What is the purpose of a drive through when they end up telling you to park around the corner I should have just went inside for that kinda treatment that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of so again what's the purpose of a drive through

It was an awesome experience. I also go to all of the Jack in the box locations. I love the mini loaves tacos . I love the ultimate cheeseburger, and the breakfast menu is also extremely good for the whole fact that it's a fast food place. We are so blessed because Jack in the box is only available in Arizona and Southern California from what I understand. I highly recommend trying it out if you are a visitor or tourist on vacation. They also accept EBT cards in most locations, and the card can also be out of state cards. I have so many more reviews to do and photos to complete that I have not taken at all the location I have been to. Consider trying it out . It won't disappoint. Dining area was dirty. Some crack head went inside and started yelling at customers that were eating at tables and none of the employees did anything about it. The soda dispenser was out of order. As for the food, it was good, but it was not worth $13.00 for a Butery Smash Jack combo meal (#7 on the menu board). There were flys landing on my food and little nats.

I don’t know who was working on Saturday March 22nd @ approximately 1am, but let me tell you I had the best Sourdough burger! It was fresh, juicy and a perfect tomato! Kudos to whoever made that!!

Tried calling, acting as if they're busy. I have GRAY LOOKING FULL OF GREASE TACOS they look as if they were dipped in grease and shoved in the package. The inside of them are gray the taco package and the taco itself is filled with grease. Seriously, even the packages of my hamburgers had grease on them from the tacos ! How can anyone eat this food! I highly doubt anyone their gives a crap. If i were you I would stay clear of this Jack in the Box. For it lacks decent food, common sense, and customer service. We had to park in the front to wait for our order & you weren't even busy. I'll drive a little further to go to the one that takes care of their customers a hell of a lot better and you can even eat the food🫶

Finally have been pushed past the limit gave multiple opportunities and have been very specific to hopefully get the order correct and fingers crossed for fast (fast) food service ordered small just two sandwiches and always being told to pull in the back by their black door I asked why and they just directed again pull in the back no line or nothing so waited 20 mins food was cold and the one thing I wished I never seen don't know what exactly it was but when they opened the door in the back to bring food to another customer that was their waiting something small ran out the back door I'm good that's all I needed to see I encourage all there's arbys across the street alot cleaner and staff very friendly and fast avoid this jack in the box if u can
