Every time I go drive thru always forgets something
I frequently do pick up orders and in this case as usual they completely forgot the condiments, unfortunately my husband didn’t notice and I he was almost home so he had to go back. Then when he finally gets home the food was of course cold being delayed 15 minutes. By the way if you don’t understand the food I ordered I will only eat with the ranch. Worst part was I ordered the GRILLED sourdough Jack and it wasn’t grilled at all not even a little. This location doesn’t care at all and consumers give them a lot of money. The oil is always old and my husband had to throw away his Dr Pepper because it was out so he got gross soda water.

Got some food from this jack in the box an my burgers were cold so were my frys! That is the worst thing you can do serving fast food serving cold burgers they need to get fired for serving cold fast food

I mean they're food is never not good. It's just this specific one ALWAYS messes up orders. They rush you to order, they don't let you finish, and they always make u wait a long time for them to bring it to us
Hazard warning please do not go to this restaurant it is the worst service in the world food all old and crusty greasy they always take forever they always forget something they're always so rude but the worst part is the food .

On November 6th. At about 6:30. I went through the drive-thru and experienced great food and service from the young man working. He was very insensitive and easy to talk to and got my order correct all the way down to every one of the sauces that I asked him for the food was cooked fresh. I'm very happy for once with the fast food that I had for dinner to feed my family

I will start driving to another Jack in the box for now on, been living in the area for about 3 years now and it sucks how every time they ask you to parking in the back even on the smallest orders! Horrible, and they still take forever

It's always hit and miss with this place it's nice nice they are open late but no matter if there is one person in the drive thru or ten it's always takes so long.... And one time I forgot to add something to my order and they wouldn't let me add it at the windows they wanted me to go all the way around and back thru the drive thru. Insaid screw it at that point I'd been sitting in the drive thru for 20 min.

Came here to order and the individual taking my order suddenly switched her tone to a very racist Asian accent. When I pulled up to the window, it was a heavy set Hispanic young lady who THEN switched back to her normal voice. Heard laughter in the background from her peers and a smug look on the server's face. Very disappointed with how the company upholds their respect for their customers, especially towards asian americans like myself. Hopefully they will do better and be more professional, but I fail to see that happening with the reviews I'm currently reading about this place :)

Terrible Experience at Jack in the Box – Unwelcoming and Unprofessional
I stopped inside Jack in the Box for a DoorDash pickup because the drive-thru was backed up, and what followed was a masterclass in careless service that wasted my time and left me frustrated.
Issues Encountered
- I was handed the wrong order with no name or number matching my DoorDash ticket.
- After pointing out the mistake, the employee agreed to fix it but never resealed or bagged the new order.
- I had to hunt down another staff member for a bag, condiments, and napkins—tasks that should have been handled automatically.
- The staff showed zero urgency or concern for how these missteps impacted my customer’s delivery window.
Overall Impression
This kind of sloppy, uncaring behavior makes the entire DoorDash process feel unwelcome and unprofessional. If Jack in the Box can’t handle a simple takeout order properly, drivers and customers alike deserve to know what they’re in for before waiting in line or placing an order.

I had tried calling 3 times with no answer, First of all, I was made to wait on my food which was fine. But then the person had brought me out. My food had balled up the top of the bag. The side of the bag was wrapped the burger looked like somebody else had it. There was like a fingerprint on the bun , which was hard and stale and I just threw it away. I wasted $14 on a meal that was supposed to be fresh since I had to sit and wait for it... I had ordered the jumbo jack double cheeseburger combo meal large.

Order through the app as I was in a hurry for work. The burger was super greasy! Oil was dripping all over the paper the lettuce and onions were old and soggy! I couldn’t eat it and threw it away.
What is the purpose of a drive through when they end up telling you to park around the corner I should have just went inside for that kinda treatment that is the dumbest thing I've ever heard of so again what's the purpose of a drive through
