Very poor service at nightime with long wait times. Multiple times you'll arrive to the Drivethru and they won't answer the speaker or turn on their microphones from the headphones. They can hear you talk but won't say a word because they don't want to
make more food which that itself gives it such a bad reputation.

They often give out food that's been sitting long with patties very dry. Wouldn't recommend coming to this location if you want a decent cheap meal. I've worked around fast food for quite a few years, and this ain't it if employees and managers aren't willing to do it right!

Finally I got to the window and was greeted by a familiar language and the guy with tattoos at the window was funny and had great customer service skills after last experience there I was hesitant to stop in but nice surprise after doing so will definitely return keep up the great work and good hiring judgement 👍

Was my first and last visit, you can tell how this place is by being at the counter, if I would be the owner, I’d be very disappointed, older lady was very rude like on menopause or so, younger woman was mellow and kind (3rd Shift) I’m just lucky I don’t live in the area.

placed an order online. got to the window and the food was handed to me rudely by the lady working the drive thru window. got home and figured out my breakfast jack had ham on it when that’s not what was requested. it was sausage. got a spicy sandwich with nothing but lettuce. asked for easy mayo and got none. people are plain out rude and seem so miserable. hate your job that bad, leave!

this has happened to me a couple of times only at this location, but I try to order something online, and I get a message that says "Sorry, we're unable to contact 8225 W Camelback to place your order." And the associate I spoke to said there's nothing they can do. I think it's fair to say that zero food should equal zero stars, wouldn't you agree?

Drive thru never fulfills order correctly, people are rude and never wish to serve you, waited in line for half an hour for them to tell me that they cannot serve me, other occasions the order was incorrect forgot chicken sandwich and tacos, don’t waste your time here. Lousy service and worthless employees

Why do u make the driver back up from the window a whole car length ? FELT LIKE A SCEATCHY REQUEST. Food was served cold as well.

I ordered #22 throughout the drive thru and after I paid, they handed me 1 sandwich. When u asked where the rest of my food was, the guy told me I only got charged for the croissant. $6 for a shitty croissant is ridiculous! I told him I ordered combo #22 and he said he could charge me for the hash brown and the drink. This is ridiculous! They don't pay attention. I was already in a hurry for work so I left.

I went at 2 am got a chicken sandwich, tacos and fries everything was stale including the chicken……
It felt like it had been sitting for a while I hate complaining but $25 in food just to throw in the trash that’s not right

I ordered the sausage, cheese scrambler and received a fried egg on it. The type I always have removed because I don't like the rubbery texture. The bread was chewy like it had been microwaved very disappointed. I will never order delivery here again because it seems like if the customer can't check the food on site they will throw anything in the bag that's close to what was ordered

Fries were reheated and nasty .. closed at random hours of the night. So take down the 24hour signs . Cheap mofo want to put 3 large fries chicken sandwich and onion ring in 1 weak as bag 26dollars worth of food wasted when bag ripped..
