Terribly long drive-through wait times even when there’s no cars ahead of me

Dining area was dirty. Some crack head went inside and started yelling at customers that were eating at tables and none of the employees did anything about it. The soda dispenser was out of order.
As for the food, it was good, but it was not worth $13.00 for a Butery Smash Jack combo meal (#7 on the menu board).
There were flys landing on my food and little nats.

I don’t know who was working on Saturday March 22nd @ approximately 1am, but let me tell you I had the best Sourdough burger! It was fresh, juicy and a perfect tomato! Kudos to whoever made that!!

Tried calling, acting as if they're busy. I have GRAY LOOKING FULL OF GREASE TACOS they look as if they were dipped in grease and shoved in the package. The inside of them are gray the taco package and the taco itself is filled with grease. Seriously, even the packages of my hamburgers had grease on them from the tacos ! How can anyone eat this food!
I highly doubt anyone their gives a crap. If i were you I would stay clear of this Jack in the Box. For it lacks decent food, common sense, and customer service. We had to park in the front to wait for our order & you weren't even busy. I'll drive a little further to go to the one that takes care of their customers a hell of a lot better and you can even eat the food🫶

Finally have been pushed past the limit gave multiple opportunities and have been very specific to hopefully get the order correct and fingers crossed for fast (fast) food service ordered small just two sandwiches and always being told to pull in the back by their black door I asked why and they just directed again pull in the back no line or nothing so waited 20 mins food was cold and the one thing I wished I never seen don't know what exactly it was but when they opened the door in the back to bring food to another customer that was their waiting something small ran out the back door I'm good that's all I needed to see I encourage all there's arbys across the street alot cleaner and staff very friendly and fast avoid this jack in the box if u can

I was discriminated and humiliated by the employee for simply believing I was homeless. I was a paying customer and they refuse to let me use the restroom. Said it was for associates only, when minutes prior, a female customer asked to use the restroom and was kindly let in. This is not the first time this happens to me in this restaurant. I kindly assured the employee that I was a customer but she refused to hear me out. There’s signs posted that read for customers only. Yet I was not allowed to. I asked for the employee name but they refused. I looked at my receipt but they are apparently sharing registers because the receipt has a male’s name. I took a picture of the receipt and the store number on the outside to prove it’s the same location as well as added the location to my pictures.

Very poor service at nightime with long wait times. Multiple times you'll arrive to the Drivethru and they won't answer the speaker or turn on their microphones from the headphones. They can hear you talk but won't say a word because they don't want to
make more food which that itself gives it such a bad reputation.

They often give out food that's been sitting long with patties very dry. Wouldn't recommend coming to this location if you want a decent cheap meal. I've worked around fast food for quite a few years, and this ain't it if employees and managers aren't willing to do it right!

Finally I got to the window and was greeted by a familiar language and the guy with tattoos at the window was funny and had great customer service skills after last experience there I was hesitant to stop in but nice surprise after doing so will definitely return keep up the great work and good hiring judgement 👍
