We always go there around 11 PM because it is the closest, and there is always this afro man, who is always rude, looks at you badly, fans you the money, snatches the money from your hand and if he dodges and you tell him he gets upset, horrible attitude, apart from the fact that inside the food was the price paper, never go there.

I don't know why I keep coming to this Jack in the box when I can go to the one on Camelback and 83rd. This place never fails to disappoint You spend so much money to get cold/old food. Can't even cut up the chicken tenders for my salad they put two old tough cold chicken tenders right on top of my garden salad. They even had a line so I would assume the freshest but no instead you're serving nasty, cold, old food. 11/30/25... I'm in here once again and whomever the guy is running this store with no apparent managers onsite is so rude and does not know how to speak to customers. Definitely avoid this place for good. I'll just go to the one on 83rd Camelback where they know how to speak and read. The crew member cuz again there was no management in store also through the food that I was bringing back for them to remake because it was wrong and he took my receipt and did not give it back so I'm unable to leave any information about my visit this evening

Great fast food like always I ordered there famous hard tacos and a small French 🍟 and a drink that after ten years or 20 they still taste the same as good great friendly employees rainy days are always good times for fast food it was a great price with the coupon I had made my meal ten times better for sure 😊 jack in the box always stays clean one thing that I noticed from many places. 💜

I just waited in a 38minute line and I come home and my season fries are not in the bag. When I finally got to the window I asked the cashier girl to repeat my order and she asked me what sauces I wanted, and those weren’t in my bag either.
All the jack in the box's in my area are outstanding I normally stop by to get ice They don't sell energy drinks there The staff is very nice and pleasant The restaurant is always clean

The amount of time they make you wait for your food is astonishing, like I’m waiting over thirty minutes for two munchies meals and an extra burger! Ridiculous!

Very disappointed with my experience at Jack and the Box. The fries were completely cold, like they'd been sitting out for hours. The burger looked nothing like the picture — the bun was burnt and squashed, and the overall presentation was careless.
I also ordered a grape Powerade, and it tasted like plain water with food coloring… no flavor, no electrolytes, just unacceptable.
What’s more concerning is that this feels like a recurring issue, not just a one-time mistake. This kind of poor quality and service needs serious attention — even corporate headquarters should get involved.
I hope they take this seriously and improve the kitchen standards. No one should pay for such a bad experience.
