All the jack in the box's in my area are outstanding I normally stop by to get ice They don't sell energy drinks there The staff is very nice and pleasant The restaurant is always clean

Very disappointed with my experience at Jack and the Box. The fries were completely cold, like they'd been sitting out for hours. The burger looked nothing like the picture — the bun was burnt and squashed, and the overall presentation was careless.
I also ordered a grape Powerade, and it tasted like plain water with food coloring… no flavor, no electrolytes, just unacceptable.
What’s more concerning is that this feels like a recurring issue, not just a one-time mistake. This kind of poor quality and service needs serious attention — even corporate headquarters should get involved.
I hope they take this seriously and improve the kitchen standards. No one should pay for such a bad experience.

I don't know how it hard to get an order right ? Go back to get the order refixed and they still get my burger wrong. And it seems like they added extra mayo. My boyfriend is always having to go back to refix my burger all the time with this place. It's sooo hard to follow simple directions. Who trains the people there ? Who looks over the employees ? And I haven't even mentioned the attitude some the employees have. I don't know something gotta change cuz I'm tired of having to go back and forth to get a simple meal right 🤦🏻♀️🙄

I always choose this location. I ordered the Jumbo Jack Combo (no cheese) with curly fries and a Dr. Pepper around 2 am. All the Jack in the Box personnel were wonderful as usual. They provided quick and efficient service, and I have no complaints regarding the restaurant or them. Although I do, however, have a multitude of complaints in regard to the never-ending begging for cash and cigarettes from all the tweakers and pill heads surrounding the restaurant... It absolutely sucks constantly having to deal with them because they have no respect whatsoever and literally won't stop begging until you've forced them to by driving away!!!

Barley anything on my fires ! Very disappointed Asked for cheese and jalapeño and they gave me this I asked for more extra since it’s a small amount and she’s wants to charger extra says that’s the set up but that’s not true
