This location is no better or worse than any other Jack in the Box. The food was adequate and the staff was fine, we don't have them in the Midwest so they are something different.

They forgot my breakfast platter and when I told them they got attitude and when I finally got it the french toast sticks were undercooked the eggs tasted bad and the fries on my jumbo jack meal were undercooked as well. The burger bun was cold all that on top of the rude customer service
I only do drive-thru but the food's always hot and the employees are always super nice

I went to this Jack in the box last night and the lady was really rude and kept screaming at me “I can’t hear you” when I was speaking loud enough and then she gives attitude at the window when I try to pay with a 100 bill and then when I’m eating my food I find a hair in it

Oct 15, 2024. Asked for the $5 Jack deal, and manager said, there not running it anymore. Why is she lying, when they are still running the ads. I get it you don't want to sell $5 to every customer I get it but don't be a liar.
