IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! If I could give this place a zero I would they always get my order wrong the customer service here is awful they’re always rude today I orders a burger with no mustard cause I’m allergic and they put mustard on it I highly don’t recommend ordering from here!!!

Food is good but the service specialty graveyard sucks it was four of us we were driving 4 cars ( my friends and I) we go through drive-thru and they take the first car's order, 2 car they say that the system is down they can't take the order but they go to the third car and took his order then the fourth car they said the system is down so I'm not sure what was happening but we still had to sit in the line to get out of drive through.

The environment was warm and friendly. Definitely welcoming. The staff was pretty nice. The only issue I had was my food. The eggs in my sandwiches all had shells in them and not a little but a while lot. I almost felt like I was eating shell sandwiches so of course, my food was not tasty like I like it. I would have asked them to remake my eggs but I don't like wasting food so I ate it anyways. They forgot my juice so I had to come back to get it. I like Jack in the box but unless they work on getting the shells out the eggs then I don't think I'll be back here for a while. I want to taste the eggs not eat shells for breakfast. The hash brown was way too greasy. So you couldn't taste the flavor of the hash brown. All you taste was grease. Today was just not a good day for eating breakfast food there.

Waited 8 minutes in the drive thru watched them take the 2 cars orders in front of me then made me wait even after I said hello multiple times not once did they talk to me. I ended up leaving due to being ignored in their drive thru
