The tacos I get were all over fried at 3 am couldn't even eat them.
I went in today and ordered a $12 munchie box and I wanted curly fires with cheese and bacon got two tacos instead then got that fixed thank you just to be disappointed again with my burger having only American cheese when i paid for American cheese and Swiss cheese for both to be on my burger. Do better jack

Waiting 30 mins I placed my mobile order for th to park me plus 4 other cars for them to give all of them that were behind me there order first this is crazy and I keep telling them for they’re reply to be yeah it’s almost out it’s almost out yeah for how long

Who ever the female was working tonight 11/09/2025 at around 12:30 midnight had 3 guy friends chillen in the front I assume because 3 vehicles left back to back before we even pulled into the drive thru lane to order food only to wait around 5 minutes and for her to say she’s only taking online orders when google says open 24 hours uber eats says open 24 hours but we show up in person to get food and we get denied service. I’ll be escalating this further just because it says open 24 hours and get denied service when it says nowhere that only online orders are taken from certain hours if that employee doesn’t like her place of employment she should be fired or simple find another job instead of causing inconveniences for paying customers and also wasting their time and gas.

Better than expected. The drive thru associates were pleasant and provided speedy service. My burger was prepared to order... very juicy. The fries was hot and crispy.

Went the drive thru order 2 shakes. While pulling up to the window to get the shakes the car ahead of me stopped short of the window. We waited a few minutes and she didn't move. Asked out my window to please move up and finally did. Then when we got to the window the worker started yelling at me for being rude to the car in front me. They asked her stop short because the MANAGER was there and they didn't want there drive thru minutes to go up and get in trouble. All they had to do was communicate with me ahead of time. But I'm in a bad area and wasn't sure if the person passed out behind the wheel. Its not our fault that the food wasn't ready. Never will go back there at night. Love the customer service for breakfast and lunch.

I had the worst customer service experience with the drive thru girl she told me the system was updating I told her I would wait she tried to be mean because I decided to wait and I was patient when I asked for her name she said she didn’t have to give it to me and for me to leave I’ve been a consumer of this Jack in the box for 30 yrs that’s how long we have lived here I doubt she has been here this long so Jack in the box General Manager, District Manager, corporate you better talk to your employe about providing good customer service we are the consumers we deserve respect if they don’t know how to deal with customers they should not be working there Bad customer service

Went thru the drive thru and received the wrong order size and meal after I got home and looked. Unprofessional service at 2 a.m Wednesday.
I was told to pull in to the front and as I was waiting (10min) finally an employee who looked to be the lead passed me the food, come to find out it wasn’t my order so I go back inside Disrespectful lead same person tried blaming me for his mistake quote” next time just make sure it’s your order because I asked you” as he’s walking away. Just very unprofessional instead of accusing fault just fix the problem and give me my correct order. You didnt ask me if it was my order sir. What happened is you passed me the bag and confused me with the driver waiting behind me. I’m not your employee to be making sure what’s in the bag that’s YOUR job.
