Went thru the drive thru and received the wrong order size and meal after I got home and looked. Unprofessional service at 2 a.m Wednesday.
I was told to pull in to the front and as I was waiting (10min) finally an employee who looked to be the lead passed me the food, come to find out it wasn’t my order so I go back inside Disrespectful lead same person tried blaming me for his mistake quote” next time just make sure it’s your order because I asked you” as he’s walking away. Just very unprofessional instead of accusing fault just fix the problem and give me my correct order. You didnt ask me if it was my order sir. What happened is you passed me the bag and confused me with the driver waiting behind me. I’m not your employee to be making sure what’s in the bag that’s YOUR job.
Fish sandwich is not worth it anymore fish is half the size nothing like a month ago not like the Moby jack!!! Disappointed.
They had us waiting for 5 minutes before our food coming out and had us reverse for their time but couldn’t give us a drink all the time we waited 🙄!! stupid just so they can get their time right and not be quick enough !!
I had the most rudest guy hand us our order. He was rude! He wouldn’t even let me ask for extra sauce. He was rude from the beginning to the end. I was very upset by the time I left. I hope he finds a better job cause I guarantee he hates his job. I will not come back here again ever.
Not friendly service
Horrible customer service. They have a very arrogant manager her name is Blanca . I went inside the restaurant and she left me waiting for more than 20 minutes because she said that her priority was the drive-thru and that she couldn't close the lobby because they would scold her. But she didn't serve anyone inside, only because of the drive-thru.

Everytime I go here at evening/night it's horrible customer service. I orderd a bacon swiss buttery smash Jack and that's a $16 order and they gave me a cheese burger
Went through the drive in at least 4 times here, and each time, they've messed up my order. Ordered a tea and jelly with my order but got a soda and no straw and no jelly. Didnt even get my sugar and creamer for my coffee. On one occasion, I ordered the box, and instead of tacos, I got all curly fries. Ordered the tiny tacos box on another. I didn't want the hot sauce on it, and I got it anyway. I'm not going to this location again.
I enjoyed my order.
Long wait time and still got my order wrong. I should have checked before I left. She gave me a small regular fries when I order a large curly fries.
The wait was ridiculous, and to top it off the young cashier had a dam attitude, she asked me for a minute and that minute turned to 10mins just to take my order, when I asked her if she was ready she said “I asked you for a minute, if you don’t like it you can go somewhere else “ is that how you attack business? Really unprofessional and I mean fast food customers can be rude at times but it’s called FAST FOOD and they didn’t gave a receipt February 2nd at 10:15
