The young man running the front and drive through at the same time on 12/3/24 at about 645-7 was phenomenal. I worked at Jack in the box for my very first job in 1993. In today's environment I couldn't be MORE IMPRESSED. Thank you

Proof that a remodel doesn't help with moronic, lazy employees. Forgot 6 tacos, my Christmas ornament, didn't sauce my tacos and put onions on my burger. It would take me effort to be this bad at my job, but they're naturals here and slow about it, too. Then they ask for higher wages, lol. Hope they get lower wages and treated worse.

From the beginning of ordering to paying to given my food in front of the door because I was asked to go and park in front of the door it was all about experience. an employee that service to me didn’t even say hello. Have a nice day. Here is your food. She was completely an utterly rude. One thing that bugs me the most people being rude and disrespectful and if you are working in this type of industry, you need to fake it If you are working in customer service, you need to be polite and smile. That is all there is to it.

Waited in the drive thru for over 20 minutes!!!! When I asked for a refund, I was told nobody knew how to do that and was forced to either wait for my order or abandon my money!!!! Nobody communicated anything to us! We just sat starring at the employees who refused to answer us!!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! AFTER CONTINUED WAITING WE WERE FORCED TO ABANDON OUT MONEY!!

I was the only person in the drive thru and it took them about 10 to 15 minutes to even take my order. It then took another 10 to 15 minutes for them to get me my order. There was virtually no one inside the restaurant either, so there is zero excuse. Terrible service. Also, their sign advertises Coke Zero and a Coke freestyle machine, but they do not have a Coke freestyle machine or Coke Zero. Also, got home and none of our smashed jacks had the sauce on them. This is the worst Jack in the Box in Arizona. Do not go here if you are on a time crunch.

I haven’t been here in a couple of years since I got one cold fries order too many. I went back there tonight after their recent remodel and guess what? All that money spent to improve the building and I got the same crummy cold fries. I won’t be back.
