No one greets you and everyone tries to avoid eye contact. Can’t even get the code to the restroom as a paying customer! Over 15min wait for an iced coffee and cup to dispense my own drink…nope the machines are out so they have to get drink for you as well. The lobby is clean, lonely and hot.

Ordered a munchie meal but they were out of the bun that comes with the meal. They were also out of the mini churros and the cookie the meal comes with. I was given a large amount of curly fries to make up for the missing items.

don’t usually leave reviews, but today’s visit (July 25, 2025) deserves attention. After sitting in the drive-thru line for over 30 minutes without placing an order, we waited an additional 20 minutes with no update or movement. We finally let the attendant know we couldn’t wait any longer — and instead of being understanding, she became rude and aggressive.
She actually cussed at us and told us that since we were complaining, our order would now take even longer. That type of response is not just unprofessional — it’s disrespectful.
We left without ordering, completely frustrated. No customer should be treated that way. If this is how they handle delays and feedback, we’ll definitely be taking our business elsewhere.

Terrible drive-thru experience – extremely unprofessional staff

We waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru before even placing our order, and then had to wait another 20 minutes with no update or movement. When we finally informed the attendant that we needed to leave the line due to the excessive delay, she was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of offering an apology or understanding, she sarcastically said she would “take even longer to help us.”

This is completely unacceptable customer service. If someone is overwhelmed or backed up, professionalism and courtesy go a long way — but what we experienced was the exact opposite. Based on how we were treated, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this location to others.

Waited at Jack window with a car in front that just pulled up (presumably ordered) and a car behind for 15 without them even saying anything. So Idk how busy you are but regardless should say we will be right with you or something... some Jack in the boxes are amazing(even when busy) some not so much. :/ 830pm-845pm 7/24

Don’t order the Red Bull infusion drinks because they don’t know how to make them. Let’s charge six dollars just to pour a can of Red Bull into a cup of ice.
