Waiting over 20 min for my food. As a delivery driver, I already dont have the time to sit around and wait 20 min for just 6 tacos. Not only was the wait long, as the lead and crew members hung out in the back talking, but my food was cold too. Drive thru was paid more attention to than the front. And since when did Jack in the box start charging for sauces?

Fresh hot coffee ☕😋 this morning they messed up my very first order from them oy ; I just ate it and drove away because I was so hungry in the morning It was supposed to be a breakfast sandwich ! & not with french fries
I don't usually make a review infact this is my first one. But i went thru the drive thru made an order. The guy was good doing his job however I waited almost 30 minutes to get my order while listening and watching a lady getting onto and yelling at the guy just to get home and half my order was missing and what I got was not correct. I then went back and waited almost an hour to get what was missing. I called in let them know what was going on and that id be there in a couple minutes to get the rest of my food that they said was on the warmer but they threw it away on me. Most of the staff were very unprofessional and was like sloths running the place.

No one greets you and everyone tries to avoid eye contact. Can’t even get the code to the restroom as a paying customer! Over 15min wait for an iced coffee and cup to dispense my own drink…nope the machines are out so they have to get drink for you as well. The lobby is clean, lonely and hot.
