I went to jack-in-a-box today at 4:13 pm I don't always go cause I have to walk to 35th and Northern and I go get my food come back home to eat it and I order that Jack pack with the taco the hamburger and the curry fries the taco is dried as hell and the curly fries there's no curry fries there are dried up crumbs. And I called to talk to manager I can hear the kid say well she does ask for a manager then I heard them tell him tell her im in a meeting he can't take a moment to speak to a customer. Now I know why I don't go Jack in the box I won't go anymore. And the commercials say that McDonald's don't get no rewards they need to take jack-in-a-box awards away. I called again at 6pm still manager wouldn't take my call. Jack in the crap is the same as McDonald's.

We come to this location all the time and tonight when I went with my family, the guy at the front with the glasses, had some snide remarks under his breath and talking crap to one of the other employees and was getting frustrated when my daughter was asking questions about one of the meals. Very unprofessional and this younger needs to be sat down and talked to because if this was one of my team members, I'd definitely be reprimanding him immediately and after looking at the other reviews, this location isn't the best but tell young'n to cool it

Absolutely dreadful experience that is Jack in the box how to say they upon entering turn my brother away State of Arizona says that your service dog may enter any restaurant with you regardless of no pet policies and furthermore our only allowed to ask you two questions is your dog a service dog and what service does he or she provide service dog regardless of my brother saying that there's a service dog but then telling him he had to provide papers cuz everybody carries those around right and even after being shown Arizona laws and policies on it he refuses to discuss anything about it and not learn the right rules. If this is the kind of uneducated bullying the jack in the box hires I'm afraid to see what I have eaten

Just went by the drive thru and I have to say the drive thru lady Ashly (I believe was her name) was such an awesome worker !
She honestly deserves a raise 😂😭 She’s so nice and funny and I can definitely tell she loves her job and work environment. I love going out to eat at places I feel welcomed and don’t have to deal with rude employees that I feel don’t like their job or people.
She’s forsure beyond one of yalls best workers there ! 😊 keep her ! 🙏🏻

For the first time in a very long time, we planned to have lunch here. There have been menu changes, and some of our favorite items have disappeared. And there were big price increases. After looking at the menu, we decided to go elsewhere.
