The JIB at 35th Ave and Northern there is a lady there her name I believe is Elise, she is fantastic. She is there it seems 24-7, a little exaggerated but we can count on this JIB being ran in the best order. She has fantastic customer service, and JIB is ran in top notch order. Even if she is short staffed she makes everything come out great for the customer. She deserves recognition for her great customer service and her work at making this JIB is top notch on her shift. Thank you Elise.

It is 1:00am on 7-16-25 and I just went through the JIB drive thru at 35th & Northern in Phoenix, Az. There was one car in front of me when I pulled in. They were up to the window then gone pretty quickly. I pulled up, saw one man in a button up shirt with a collar vs. a t-shirt so I assumed him to be the manager currently on duty. He did not nicely greet me, or even say hello. He came to the window, handed me my bag of food, then just turned around and started walking away! Left me thinking...Wow! He's a manager??? How rude!! I live less than a mile from this location of JIB. Got home, started pulling the food out of the bag for my friend and I, and could NOT believe my eyes! This food was cold, hard, and shriveled up with gooey brown lettuce on it. The french fries were just sickening! I stuck one in my mouth before I realized they were that bad and it was cold, hard, AND cut my lip because it was literally petrified with sharp edges!! OH HECK NO!!!! I am leaving this feedback on their location's feedback AND I will be contacting corporate office as well, regarding both the terrible food and this rude manager and the food he is letting go out of his store. It's just a matter of time before someone gets very very ill!! BEWARE!!! DO NOT go to this Jack in the Box!!

Placed an online order for pickup late at night and when I went to pick it up, the drive thru lady tried to lie and say that there was no order under my name so when I got to the window, she changed her story to āsomeone just picked it upā. So basically she wanted me to believe that some random guy went to the drive through and guessed my name out of every name in existence and just drove off with it. She was probably the rudest and nastiest person I have ever spoken to in my life. She said āsomeone already picked it up, not my problem sorryā. I never write reviews but this person literally ruined my night so I couldnāt help it. Please avoid this location.

The new graveyard crew that is working there is amazing please keep them especially the young lady with the braces I absolutely love her energy and kindness and there is nothing better than hearing Selena in the background while waiting for my food I've been coming to this location for at least six seven years now I've had multiple issues in the last few weeks with this overnight crew has been a breath of fresh air please keep it up

You act of Iām the animal but I treat you a respect and courtesy yet as a paying customer you instead donāt appreciate the full fact that the business is in business cause of me. And your paychecks.
The one time I got desserts the cheesecake tasted like plastic and thats it. On top of that the past two times I went to walk in and order something BEFORE 9:30pm when they close at 10pmā¦ and theyāve LOCKED the doors on us. Shame on night crew for being awful and denying paying customers service for no reason. My husband and I have never caused them any problems. The night manager should be fired for closing the lobby so early multiple times.
