Erika has been taking my order for months now and I can say she has never disappointed. The food taste incredible every order and the service is amazing. She is the only reason I go to this Jack every two days! She definitely deserves a raise I havent met a great employee like her in a while.

35th Ave and Thunderbird location is ok. Their prices have gone up but they have also added some new items which I haven't tried. I always use the drive-thru with no problems. We're late night snackers, love their tacos & eggrolls.

not 24 hours I have tried placing and order or going to the place between 12 and 3/4 and they have the drive thru blocked or the ordering thru the app refunding order all the time on multiple occasions

I live a quarter mile away from the JBOX at 51st and Thunderbird. I drive 2 miles further every time to come here because the staff is always so respectful, they get my order right, their machines are always working, and their payment machine is always working. I really can't say how happy I am that this location is managed the way it is and the workers are as awesome as they are.

Jack in the box used to be so very affordable. It's crazy how pricey they have become. If it weren't for the coupons I received in the mail, I couldn't afford to eat here. And this is one of 2 places my grandkids enjoy eating at. I explained to them that without coupons we can not afford too eat here often.

They NEVER understand what you ask for. Even when you try to correct them when they repeat your order back wrong. So you get whatever they want to give you. I give up. I've now paid for food I didn't order and didn't get. Never again.
