They NEVER understand what you ask for. Even when you try to correct them when they repeat your order back wrong. So you get whatever they want to give you. I give up. I've now paid for food I didn't order and didn't get. Never again.
The lobby was clean, employee helped me with an ordering app issue online and was able to fix it in-store. The prices are a little high but the food is good
This is at 9:20 pm on april 18th.
It was pouring rain and i did not want to soak the inside of my car i. The drive through. So i looked at what i wanted and pulled up to the drive thru window. Were i told the manager on duty why i pulled up. She got mad at me and said i was not allowed to do that. I proceeded to ask for her name and she refuesed and then threatin to call the cops on me.
This lady needs to be terminated.

LESS THAN AS MILE AWAY & all my food is COLD!! 2nd time now - FK this place! Workers don't give AF about ppl!! Was contacted by customer service to replace it but after a month never heard back. UGH. I miss having good Jack!! 8p at night it shouldn't be this horrible! 2/$3 sausage 2/$5 jumbo jacks & a free (using Jack points) bacon ult & curly fries- ALL COLD all gross.
Got wrong order after spending 14.43 for ultimate cheesbrger meal and got a breakfast croissant! Can't go back to get correct meals because heading out of town!
Good food
Not only did they not get tacos right at 2:30 am, the slob working left one his long hairs in one of the tacos, with the lettuce I asked not to be included. Disgusting.

Earlier tonight, while trying to order at the drive thru, the person manning the order window kept disappearing and had me wait for over 5 minutes before taking my order (there were nearly half a dozen cars in front of us each taking several minutes to get the worker to complete their orders, one of which drove off after waiting for over 8 minutes for someone to take their order). Thankfully, the process of ordering once he was willing to work was fine. The worker once again took his sweet time at the window, first in taking payment (and not providing a receipt), then several more minutes before providing the food (which was wrong and had one order of regular fries rather than the two orders of curly fries that I had paid for). Upon handing over this bag of food, he realized that he had not yet provided the drink and left again for several minutes TO TALK ON HIS PERSONAL PHONE. Upon his return (handing over a boba drink rather than the slushee I ordered and paid for) and being informed of the error in the fries (and with his phone still glued to his ear), he once again took several minutes to provide said fries. Altogether, this process took nearly 40 minutes from arrival to departure (order was placed approximately 11:39PM on Feb 28th if a manager or owner wishes to check the cameras and confirm). This employee needs significant improvement on learning not to be on his phone and actually take orders in a timely fashion.
I asked for the croissant burger meal for breakfast and they only gave me the burger but I paid full price and then took forever to get my cash back, overall L place, just go through the drive thru.
I've been to this location several times and every time I just stand there for 10 minutes at the register nobody greets you or ask you if you'd like to order some food so in my opinion this place could be doing a lot better!
I visited 2/8/25 @ 1am. I ordered French fries and a chocolate shake. The fries were fresh, warm, and yummy. They were not cold and they were not sitting under the heat lamp. Also the fries were over flowing and extras at the bottom of the bag. So I was happy. Great experience. I would return again.
