I went with a coupon, the girl at the drive thru didn’t want to take my order over the intercom. I was in a long shirt without a bra. I still went inside, I asked the girl why couldn’t she take my order in the drive thru and she didn’t want to give me a reason. She just said I can’t right now. I asked her for her name so I can call corporate she refused to give me her name the male in the kitchen also refused to give me her name. She just gave me a card, she said was her manager that went straight to voicemail. The call cut off right in the middle of when I was leaving the VM. The girl never gave me her name and refused to serve me. All I know is that she was young about 20 and Indian. JACK IN THE BOX if you’re going to send coupons in the mail. Treat the people that are using them the same as you would any other customer. All this girl has to do was give me an acceptable explanation on why I had to get out of my car without a bra for something I could have done in the drive thru. Your customer service sucks the restaurant smell horrible and it was disgustingly dirty!

The service is very rushed and rude and most of the menu is missing from the first drive through menu board so you can't choose what you want before going to the speaker. This is the 3rd time they made me back up in the drive thru after paying for my order just to drive up again when the order is ready. I will not return to any Jack in the Box. The food is just not enjoyable after consistent issues.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I had to send my husband back 3 times had to get my food remade because they couldn't complete making the correct munchies meal. I ask for store number and corporate which was denied. Called the store multiple times to no answer. Unfortunately was clocked out for my lunch for this and went over my lunch to get food. Took me 1 hr of driving back and fourth to get the correct meal. Should have got my food Comped at this point. DO BETTER JACK IN THE BOX. Hoping management will get in touch but I will be there tomorrow morning to speak to management.

Easy in and out corner street access. Easy order pick up of app based order using drive through. Staff very friendly and receptive to requests. Food made with care.

I got food poisoning from 4am to even now it’s 1pm, I can’t stop throwing up and the egg rolls tasted raw and those were also the main thing I threw up…

Took over 10 minutes to make 2 shakes! Insane! Then they wanted us to back up in line so it didn't mess up their drive-thru times. SMH! Ridiculous! Never going to this one again!

I don't understand why corporate allows this location to stay open. They are unprofessional, they are closed during business hours. Their drive through has been down and closed on many occasions. They are always out of just about everything, or they are too lazy to make it and lie and say they are out. They make their burritos half the size of any of their other restaurants. Their food is almost never fish and has been sitting around forever. Their fries are almost always hard. They allow the homeless to sit outside bothering everyone at their doors and drive throughs. This place seriously needs shut down. I'm about ready to the health department on this nasty store. Look at the reviews. The owner always says reach out, let us investigate, but nothing is ever done. This place should be closed down. Their staff don't even care and the quality of food is absolutely nasty these days. Ugh.

Food was ok, kinda ghetto
I found mold on my sandwich. When I called to let them know and request a refund, they asked me to return to the store. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't go back right away. They suggested I come after work to bring the sandwich back. I asked to send a picture instead, as I didn't want my office to smell like egg for the rest of the day, but she replied, "You said you weren’t going to eat it, so just bring it back." She needed the physical sandwich in hand. This is ridiculous and a waste of time.
Update- I took the food back to the store and the manager was telling other staff that it’s not mold but it was caused by a paper or something it sits on. However, the bread was clearly old and was even soft in the area. It was definitely mold. Manager wasn’t very professional or nice. Other staff were pleasant.
I had to stand in line for 10 minutes to order my food then I had to beg them for a receipt for my food I wanted to dine in they gave me a to go back they did not even give me the choice of dining in here
