I don't understand why corporate allows this location to stay open. They are unprofessional, they are closed during business hours. Their drive through has been down and closed on many occasions. They are always out of just about everything, or they are too lazy to make it and lie and say they are out. They make their burritos half the size of any of their other restaurants. Their food is almost never fish and has been sitting around forever. Their fries are almost always hard. They allow the homeless to sit outside bothering everyone at their doors and drive throughs. This place seriously needs shut down. I'm about ready to the health department on this nasty store. Look at the reviews. The owner always says reach out, let us investigate, but nothing is ever done. This place should be closed down. Their staff don't even care and the quality of food is absolutely nasty these days. Ugh.

I found mold on my sandwich. When I called to let them know and request a refund, they asked me to return to the store. Since I was on my lunch break, I couldn't go back right away. They suggested I come after work to bring the sandwich back. I asked to send a picture instead, as I didn't want my office to smell like egg for the rest of the day, but she replied, "You said you weren’t going to eat it, so just bring it back." She needed the physical sandwich in hand. This is ridiculous and a waste of time. Update- I took the food back to the store and the manager was telling other staff that it’s not mold but it was caused by a paper or something it sits on. However, the bread was clearly old and was even soft in the area. It was definitely mold. Manager wasn’t very professional or nice. Other staff were pleasant.

I had to stand in line for 10 minutes to order my food then I had to beg them for a receipt for my food I wanted to dine in they gave me a to go back they did not even give me the choice of dining in here

I ordered two tacos and a small fry and neither one of the tacos had anything in it but the meat is it that hard to put cheese and lettuce in it ridiculous

This was the worst breakfast sandwich I have ever eaten. Literally had zero flavor, cardboard has more taste. Unfortunately this visit ruined Jack in the Box for me.

Sat Nov 9th 2024. For the 5th day this week the store opened up 3 hours after store ours and only for ppl coming out of cars. Horrible. They literally changed rules to cater to only 3% of the population. Horrible cashier services, has all women in the front so the literally didn't open the store out of fear. Like it don't make no sense you don't open a store up because you are terrified.

Literally just left to try to buy some wings but they said that their wings is Frozen and the burgers are disgusting it has a bad smell inside of the store smell like something has mold in there smh unprofessional

They have a sign on the door that is clear as day that says dining room hours 6am to 10pm I called 20 minutes before and they also told me 6am then when I call because they didn't open them they say 7am this place needs to be shutdown and all staffed retrained on how to run a restaurant
