Beware of rude staff. Stand your ground! The staff seem to enjoy giving customers a hard time. They are there to serve you, not the other way around.

As I sat at the receiving area they loudly made fun of how i ordered my food. Unprofessional to say the least. Haven't been to a jack in over 14 yrs.. probly won't go back again for another 😒.

I’ve never been to any Jack in the Box before. I had no idea that when you placed a mobile order they immediately made it. I thought they had a system like McDonald’s or Chick-Fil-A where they tracked your location and made it when you were close? Anyway I came around 20 minutes after my order was placed and the food was cold, hard, and our shake was completely melted down. I asked them if they could remake it and offered to give the food back, and the person working the window (Jose) told me “it’s not our fault you took forever to get here” and didn’t remake the order or help at all. I requested a refund on the app and haven’t heard anything, granted it’s the weekend but I’ll be waiting on a response.

This was genuinely the worst experience I've had at any fast food place in a very long time. Only two people working. One has to be 75 years old and doesn't seem to know how to use the cash register to do orders. I pull up to drive-thru, wait a few minutes for the guy in front of me to finish his order. I pull up. Grandma tells me to wait. Another 5 minutes. Give her my order twice, pull up to first guy who's been waiting, wait another 5, he gets his food. Then pull up, and wait another 5. She checks to see my order, I tell her yes thats me. She stares at me and ask if it is a mobile order. I then get my food a couple minutes later, and the fries are the wrong kind and I am left with a pissed off kid who didn't get her curly fries. Will not be back. Will have a conversation with my friends later on how far Jack has fallen. Haven't even bit into my food and I am left dissatisfied and angry.

I played the new game on the app today and decided order delivery and was very happy to see how nicely packaged everything was. From food prep, to the packaging, to the delivery. A+ Appreciate a job well done. Thanx u guys.

Fix it and ill change my review. You can't honestly believe this is an acceptable item to pass of as a sandwich. Stop shrinking everything to the point where nobody will go to your establishment anymore. Service here is fantastic by the way.

Won’t even take the time to make a strawberry shake correct. There was clearly drops of strawberry syrup left in container and manager won’t even take the time to open a new container . LAZY ! Left me with a vanilla shake even after asking if this was correct .

They do this thing were they ask you to back up in the drive thru window to make it appear as if they are getting you your food quickly. This is not customer service. This is the opposite. Instead of bothering your customers with silly requests just have good customer service instead of pretending like you have good customer

The man at the window around 520 am was very rude and didn't listen to a word i said . i had to to tell him my drink 5 times and i was the only car ! He didnt want to listen to me and he kept repeating his questions

Order our food online at 1038pm got to the window the guy asked for our name told him order was for Freddie he said he doesn't see our order, showed him the app receipt went back to check came back and said they don't have that order so he couldn't help us, I told him my name again still couldn't find it, showed home the app receipt again he finally found it he gave us our food (10 minutes) and the tacos he gave us were old and cold not even warm they were ice cold, I asked if we could get fresh Taco cuz these ones were ice cold he no everything was fresh and shut the window on us ?? I honked the horn he came back I asked to speak with a manager he said was the manager asked for his name he Said Joe and shut the window in our faces again ? I wasn't being rude or anything I just wanted Taco's that weren't old and cold got home and he didn't give us the the 12 we ordered. So disappointed to eat old soggy, cold tacos we had to microwave them when we got home.

It's a hit or miss location. Lately my foods been fresh and as ordered, but my neighbors food from there is always cold or wrong items. So I guess roll the dice and see what you get.
