I come here after work on the week ends. And the two gentlemen that are always working are amazing. I usually get 3 bbq sauce and ranch with my order as i am very specific when it comes to how ill eat my food. Today (03/24/24) I ordered something completely different thwn my usual order, just a side if eggrolls. However this great worker remembered me and put my usually sauces in the bag without even having to ask me.I love remembering someone amazing and that they remember me.

Turned into the parking lot for a bite to eat and there were multiple (more than 4) homeless people camped out literally at the front door. I was in disbelief and decided NOT to eat there. Not a good look for a business establishment whose customers cannot enter the business.

I have been going to this location many years. First off, the food quality has gone down hill. Tonight was the worst service and food quality. As much I paid; I could have gone to a local diner and get severed with a quality meal and tip the waiter. Never again. Done with Jack n Box. You were good in 70s-90's Lately you suck.
