.. pulling out of the parking lot now from a mind-blowing spectacular lunch! We were served by Joanne and Ricky who were phenomenal individuals with outstanding personalities! I couldn't believe how fresh and tasty the smashburger was, and my husband ordered the munchie monster meal everything came out so fresh and hot that we had to wait for it to cool before we could consume it! I have never had food that good from any Jack in the box.. ever round of applause.. as a matter of fact.. standing ovation!

My husband went through the drive through today to get my lunch because I was working. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. When I opened it, the sandwich didn’t have lettuce, tomato or mayonnaise on it. Just a $9 chicken patty on bread. Lazy, lazy, lazy. Check your food before you leave the drive through!

Rudy Palmerin needs customer service training he is terrible. My boba was rock hard and the drink was thick and tasted like the table syrup they serve with the mini pancakes. I took 2 sips and threw out the drink it was so bad. I complained and did not get a refund or a remake. That drink was nearly 6 bucks. I will not be going back.

Horrible customer service and the wanna be low life security is very aggressive, rude, disrespectful and not very professional. Cussed out my child over a water cup. He did make an innocent mistake and got soda , he did poor it out and got water when he apologized that he was at wrong he still got cussed out and even kicked my son out. I will never go to take jack n the box. Very rude!!! The manager was no help he was a young kid himself , no apology no care in the world. Coming out the bathroom without washing your hands is gross
