I came today on thanksgiving and the girl working the drive thru at 8 pm was very rude and all over her phone . I ignored the rudeness bc I don’t want my food to be messed with but then I get this…… lol

I had a poor experience during my recent visit to Jack in the Box. It started when I ordered a combo meal, but my usual drink choice was unavailable. I decided to skip the drink, to which the employee at the drive-thru rudely responded, “so that’s not a combo then,” which wasn’t a big deal at first.
After paying, the same employee asked me to tell another car they were parked in the wrong area, which I declined because that’s clearly not my job. I just wanted my food quickly. Despite my refusal, I pointed to the other car to clarify where it should go, and as I drove away, I overheard her say, “it’s not hard to figure out.”
I understand that working in fast food can be stressful, and I usually give employees the benefit of the doubt. But this employee went out of her way to be rude, which ruined the experience for me. I ended up pulling back around and requesting a refund, which, to their credit, was processed quickly.
Thankfully, I went to a different Jack in the Box location afterward and had a much friendlier experience.

For how much you charge for (3) jalepeno poppers, its a shame the employees lesve them out of your meal. Only to find out after a 10 minute drive home. Im exhausted. This is robbery. Because employees either cannot tske inventory correctly (I know they are a hot item) , or are not paying attention to the fact that simply forgetting an item is NOT acceptable to a paying customer. Regardless of $5 or not.
Pay more attention to your drive through orders before handing them off. Ty. This is the 3rd time in 2 weeks ive been here and had things missing and/or made incorrectly to what is stated on the reciept. .

I just hit the drive-thru and there's always a problem. No... I'm not backing up to the first bush to reset your timer!!! GTFOH! But they will ask that after they can't get the order right in the raggedy speaker box so they take it at the window. I'm not backing up again! I have called the number in the window... And you should, too. They call back.

The customer service was excellent! The food came out fresh, hot, and delicious. It was clean as well. I just live down the street so I come here every week.
Bad part of town so everything else is kinda bad All the employees attention was for the drive in window. If you walked in you had to wait and wait and waiting. The chicken sandwich was really bland tasteless. There was probably 20 homeless people around the outside did not feel safe. Was going to eat in the car but had to leave and go somewhere else

Didn't get most of my order and when I tried to call to get it corrected they wouldn't answer the freaking phone
Anytime that I come to this Jack-in-the-Box because it's near me and I masked to "wait in number one or number two and my food will be right out". I always end up waiting forever in the parking lot and having to come in and get my food. All for what so that you guys can pretend like you're getting orders out promptly? This is the last time I'm doing it and I'm going to complain until this practice is done away with.
