Around 12:40am on Jan 5th I ordered 4 tacos no lettuce and 4 regular tacos with 2 large Dr peppers and 2 jr chicken with onion. Never got the jr chickens and when I got home I tried calling several times to see if they were there and ready but no one answered the phone. They weren’t busy only me and one other car behind me. The person in drive was rude and didn’t even say anything to me. No hi how are you or even have a nice night. She seemed pretty annoyed that I came thru.

I stopped in for a quick bite on my way home. The guy at the front counter was miserable! He was frowning and acting like me giving them business was a bad thing. I ordered a drink with my order & he handed me a cup to get my drink knowing full, well that the drink machine was down! What a joke! Lazy!! Another employee came out from the kitchen to get me my beverage. Then I turn around to sit down and every table was dirty!! Terrible!

Very shady environment.

System down they said. No signage warning to let anyone know. Came up to the window. All their computers monitors were on and running. You can see the screen that displays people’s orders clear. The drive thru monitors was on and working. I can see how it’s shows someone in the drive thru. Some kind of signage would have been nice to place so I know I’m not waiting for someone to take my order.

Horrible customer service from Laura over the phone, they got my order wrong and I didn’t realize until I got to an appointment. I called to get a refund because I was already far & it was not what I paid for and they refused. they said I had to bring the food back in order to get a refund. Not only did they inconvenience me by getting my order wrong, I also had to drive back out of my way to prove to them they gave me the wrong order and to top it off when I get there their demeanor is really rude. I’m not sure if it was the same person over the phone but the women looks in the bag and makes sure everything is in there and aggressively crumbles up the bag and throws it in the trash & takes the coffee and dumps it. the least you can do is apologize and try to make it right but I guess they don’t have customer service skills. Maybe don't work in customer service if you don’t like dealing with customers
