Two small pieces of bacon is crazy for an $8 burger. The restaurant got my order correct though, thank you!

If you guys don't have a phone for the store then why the hell not, and if you do have a phone then wth either something is wrong with it and it can't receive calls or someone possibly has it to where it won't receive calls.

Wow, just sat in line for 5 minutes to get to the window, which is fine. Then they proceeded to not acknowledge me at the window. I gave them a full 5 minutes to have no one come to the window. I drove off, my mistake, your service at this location really is bad. Do better. Its just fast food.

This jack in the box has some of the best staff in fast food period, love coming here.
Came through the drive though and ordered a meal, and a drink with no ice. When we pulled up to the window the drink was given with ice and we requested the ice to be removed. The worker took the drink back and poured out about 2-3 ice cubes before handing the drink back. Once we requested that the ice, actually, be removed we were given an annoyed face by the worker and then he responded to us disrespectfully before going to re-pour the entire drink.

The young man at the counter never asked me if I was ready to order which caused people in line to yell at me. I really didn't appreciate the bad customer service by a crew member who didn't ask if I was ready to order. Bad attitude and customer service is no way to run a restaurant.
