Came through the drive though and ordered a meal, and a drink with no ice. When we pulled up to the window the drink was given with ice and we requested the ice to be removed. The worker took the drink back and poured out about 2-3 ice cubes before handing the drink back. Once we requested that the ice, actually, be removed we were given an annoyed face by the worker and then he responded to us disrespectfully before going to re-pour the entire drink.
I been living in this area for about 4 years and these people are actually incredibly kind and amazingly helpful. You get a comfortable sense of atmosphere and the food portions always match that energy with how big and how fresh they are. I’ve been to many Jack in the Box over the last 26 years in Arizona and while they’re not all great, this is one of the really good ones! I went to the drive-thru at around 8:00 pm to get a three-piece order of egg rolls. They had my food out to me fast, and the 'rolls were as hot as the surface of the sun! And so delicious! That's the fact, Jack!!
