Jack-in-the-Box is Jack in the box. Their food is always greasy. It’s always sloppy and it’s always served in a matter that they don’t care that they share their work if you’re drunk or stoned, you don’t have a lot of money tacos is where it’s at but other than that, in my opinion, Jack in the box is way overpriced for what it is

Been waiting for a pick up order for over 30 minutes nobody was at the counter and there literally is no customers here but me, the workers are behind the counter conversating and notice I’m standing right here oh then the lady comes and says oh your food is right here. Very unsatisfied…

Drive thru at 10:30 p.m. order simple cheese burger. Got a hockey putt between 2 bricks. Will never go there again. Come on my guy. Do better
Asked for seasoned fries and more than half of them were regular…asked for 2 jumbo jacks with cheese, only one had cheese and the amount of ketchup and mayonnaise on it was just unreasonable

I will not return until they fire management and put someone competent in place. The store is chronically understaffed, and you WILL wait 20 minutes for you meal.

Wanted to go inside but they allow the homeless to hang out around the entrance, I didn't want to deal with them asking me for money. I mentioned it to the cashier but he didn't appear to be to worried about it. He said he would mention it to his manager.
