Every single time I come here, which is at least weekly for the convenience, the food is either not fresh or just not correct. Tacos are always greasy, fries are always stale. Either too much or nearly no ice. I ask for grilled chicken, I get crispy. Most of the time I never got offered sauces. I feel like there is no way to complain or get a resolution because they won’t care.

Excessive wait times are unnecessary when there's no one in front of you. I used to frequent this location for lunch when working. Do not attempt if youre on a schedule. 20 min to get 1 meal.

The back story. I’ve been enjoying Jacks tacos since high school when you could get 8 of them for less than $2. Lately the stores in Northwest Phoenix have dropped in quality, greasy, tasteless, sides of the taco shell sticking together. So I embarked on a search of the JiB’s in northwest Phoenix. I’ve found a winner I’m glad to say. The afternoon staff make great tacos. They show up quickly with crunchy NON- GREASY shells and complete with several packets of hot sauce and some napkins. You want great tacos? Head for 1802 W. Bell Rd.

So not only did she get our order wrong but then when we left the first time she didn't give us a receipt and we had to go back around to get the rest of our food, and then when we got home we discovered that one of the tacos has absolutely no meat in it whatsoever it was literally just a few pieces of lettuce with a slab of cheese a pinch of meat and the french fries tasted stale and almost like they were under the light for hours. Absolutely horrible service I would never go there again.

Ordered the T pain box all was good until I got to the curly fries they were old and didn't taste well other then that food was okay as for the floor it was sticky from the front all the way through the dinning area great atmosphere just needs a little patience and TLC with attention to detail when cleaned
