Have never had an issue with the food here other than they sell out of limited time items really fast which is really disappointing. And the drug activity in the area is terrible with homeless camping out on the sidewalks and hanging out at the bus stop. Doing drugs right on the side of 711 not even caring that they are being seen my everyone driving by. Litter everywhere. And when I was at this jacking the box last night there was a very sus dirty looking homeless guy that appeared to be planning on breaking into a car in the parking lot. The has just lingering too close to the car that I knew wasn't his because I saw him walk out from some bushes behind target. He walked around the vehicle stealing glances thru the windows from the corner of his eye trying not to be obvious because he saw me watching him. But he was super obvious. I called in to Jack's and reported it in case it was one of the employees cars. That would be so shitty to get off and your car was broken into while you were working

My son and I had the classic jumbo jacks. The lead cashier was friendly and quickly got our order under way. The restaurant is clean, the sound is low. Highly recommend.

We got Jack in the Box tonight for dinner, my husband got home and the cheeseburger he had ordered was not in the bag! We tried to call the restaurant and there was no answer! This is not good quality control, your workers at the drive thru window can’t even double check to make sure the order is complete before handing it off to the customer! This is the first and last time we’ll be going to this location! It’s just a shame cause it is the closest one to our house!

Tried the new monster Mozzarella stick for three bucks. It was crispy, well seasoned and had good chess pull too.
I said no cheese and no sauce on the burger and there was mayo all over the burger. I called and complained and after being told to come in so they can remake it, I didnt even get an apology. Instead they hung up on me. I would give no stars if I could

I ordered a Boba drink and the Boba was like a weird non edible type of texture , I still drank the milk tea though and I got really sick afterwards , this was about a week ago or a few days and I'm still sick, I do not recommend the Boba milk tea drink.
