This establishment has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I ordered a kids hamburger meal PLAIN. When I got my order it was not plain. They remade it and then added cheese so I had to go back inside as I'm standing there the cook (male with glasses) and the young girl literally were talking crap about me. I'm sorry they don't understand what PLAIN means. I asked for a manager they said we don't have one and walked away laughing at me

The workers have no personality. The young lady who helped us didn't greet or smile, it was like talking to a cardboard stand up. From the front, unfortunately, the kitchen needs a major cleaning.

I have eaten here many times, but today was Horrible. My Jr. Jack that I paid for had NO MEAT on it. No patty at all, just a soggy bun with some veggies on it. That is so unacceptable. They also didn’t give me the sweet and sour for my egg rolls. No napkins in the bag. And this was after they had me pull around the front and wait so they could get my order together. Unacceptable and I won’t be visiting this location ever again.

My food was cold, greasy and not even in the proper containers. I had to go back through the drive-in cause they forgot to put any sauce or napkins in the bag when I asked for lots. And to top it all off I didn't get a receipt either. So had to ask for that as well. This was a less then satisfying experience.

As fast food goes, it was fast and didn't taste like day old food, which is definitely a plus. Service staff was great; they were friendly and quick even though I was hard to understand at first. Overall a good experience.

Very poor service. Took very long to take the order and we got a very little amount of fries in the munchie meal. We asked for halfies fries, but only got curly.

The server didn’t take the order for 15 mins in drive through, delayed us for 15 mins just sitting there. After that said rudely that it is not available. Very disappointing location and service.

The staff doesn't seem to know how to take an order. We ordered different sandwiches, but for some reason, we all got the same sandwiches. The bathrooms are absolutely trashed by the homeless population. There shouldn't be clothes and shoes all over the bathroom. Training your staff is obviously not the list of things to do in this location.

we arrived at this jack in the box at around 930pm on a Saturday night, no-one in the store and 2 cars ahead of us, when we got to the menu we were told to wait , after 5 minutes the guy took our order, 2 large meals both with curly fries and dr peppers, and 4 tacos, we got to the window and he took the money, but when he handed me the change he dropped all the coins between the car and the service window, no apology, he just shut the window and walked away after approximately 10 minutes of waiting we received our food and the tacos were missing, I asked about the tacos and he said "oh I didn't charge you for them" and now with 4-5 cars behind us, we left. when we arrived home (3 minute drive) and sat down to eat, the food was ice cold and the fries were hard and stale.
the customer service was bad, the food was bad and the wait was ridiculous. If you must have Jack in the Box I strongly suggest you go to a different location.

Staff is unobservant. One girl walked by the register twice and did not acknowledge that I was even there or let a staff member know I needed help.
I had to order from the app to get service.
