I ordered a Boba drink and the Boba was like a weird non edible type of texture , I still drank the milk tea though and I got really sick afterwards , this was about a week ago or a few days and I'm still sick, I do not recommend the Boba milk tea drink.

I don't know what kid/guy took my phone call @ exactly 6:46 pm on July 13th, about an issue with my order. He was extremely RUDE and HE HUNG UP ON ME, while I was trying to explain something to him about it. *(I suggest you check your cameras to know who answered the phone)* No name was given when he answered and I couldn't ask him because he hung up on me!
This is unacceptable customer service!
I chose to order from a completely different chain altogether because I will not support a fast food restaurant that allows that type of treatment/customer service from any of their employees! Customers pay you, customers choose your location, without us you wouldn't be in business!
Treat your Customers with some RESPECT!
I too, am a business owner!
So, I know all about customer service!
I would have released him from his duties on the spot! No excuses!

Paid $17 for a mediocre slightly warm burger, hot but not-quite-done frys and 4 gross chicken nuggets. If I wasn't in a rush I would have gone back in and asked for a refund. Trash on the ground, druggies living on the edge of the parking lot. Employee at the drive thru was polite and got my food quickly.

The lady with the red hair has no customer service. Kinda of stand offish to customers or at least me. She was acting as if I wasn’t welcome. For that this location gets a 1 star.

Amazing service and great food. Crew on 6/1/25 around 2pm had great customer service and the food was layered in the bag where nothing was squished or stuffed. I asked for no lettuce in the tacos and they still put the hot sauce in, which most locations usually put none or very little when asking for no lettuce. Good lunch break.

Sure, they messed up an order, missed some items that we were charged for. However, they were quick and generous to remake the order, and didn't question it, and threw in a dessert for the trouble (I had to return, but luckily it was only a couple miles away). Food was delicious, tho. And quick. Perhaps hurried.

I came to this Jack in the Box location for a pickup order, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The person working in the kitchen, named Nathanel, was completely unresponsive and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I asked for an estimate on my order, but received no answer or even a basic level of customer service. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior.

So let me tell you how rude Nathan is at the 27th Ave location on Yorkshire in North Phoenix, he was rude And disrespectful h wass to me this morning over churos and I tried to talk to him like a adult and was treated like a homeless person cause I had a backpack
