Sure, they messed up an order, missed some items that we were charged for. However, they were quick and generous to remake the order, and didn't question it, and threw in a dessert for the trouble (I had to return, but luckily it was only a couple miles away). Food was delicious, tho. And quick. Perhaps hurried.

I came to this Jack in the Box location for a pickup order, and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The person working in the kitchen, named Nathanel, was completely unresponsive and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I asked for an estimate on my order, but received no answer or even a basic level of customer service. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional behavior.

So let me tell you how rude Nathan is at the 27th Ave location on Yorkshire in North Phoenix, he was rude And disrespectful h wass to me this morning over churos and I tried to talk to him like a adult and was treated like a homeless person cause I had a backpack

Pretty terrible experience and service. Check #4024 on 3/14/25 @ 7:50pm. The guy didn't say anything word to me, just waited for me to order, I repeated EZ sauce 3 times while he looked me dead in the eye, and punches in NO everything, and verbally confirmed EZ sauce.
Then I had a 2nd order, check #922 on 3/14/25 at 7:58PM. I used the self service kiosk, order Birria tacos, and a custom $5 jumbo jack with no american cheese, sub Swiss ($.60) add jalapeño ($.35) add grilled onions ($.25), and no pickle. I was cool with the extra charge.

I watched the line cook ask the manager about birria tacos, manager tells him to sub regular tiny tacos, they call my order and hand it over as though it's correct. when I ask about Birria sauce, the manager THEN tells me they're out of it. I mention that it's not *86 on the POS and a simple heads up would've been nice. Whatever. Then I get home and open the jumbo jack to find they just made a regular jumbo jack WITH PICKLE. Like it's 1 thing to be out of an item, it's another thing not to say anything, it's a thing to forget custom add on, but when you can't even hold the pickle for the burger you're allowing me to pay extra for, you hustled me 100%.

Dude should absolutely be held accountable, that's just poor on every level, and deliberate. What a waste of food and my time and money.

We came at 5:30pm on a Friday, we dined in and waited 35 min for our food we had to ask for it no one called our # our order was wrong and the tacos stale there were 4 other customers who walked in from drive through with wrong orders and 2 nurses that waited over 30 minutes from there food. The service was horrible. We walked in and waited for 10 minutes no one acknowledged we were were there. then we tried ordering at the kiosk but there was not what we needed on the kiosk horrible horrible

Two times I've came here late night and they claimed they have to be closed due to short staff. They're going to get delivery drivers deactivated as we cannot unassign orders without penalty anymore

I will no longer go to this location. I can’t count how many times I’ve gone to order food only to be told there is only 1 person working and they weren’t cooking any food or went to pick up a mobile order and the doors were locked. They all have a really bad attitude as well. I will drive a bit further and go to the one on deer valley if I need Jack in the Box.

Only two people on a busy Sunday night. Place smelled like weed and it took me 40 minutes in the drive through line to get a can of redbull. The guy at the window was doing his absolute best

The customer service at this location is absolutely awesome. Cesar took my order in a timely manner and was so kind and very polite. Such Exceptional customer service. If you come to this Jack in the Box please ask for Cesar as he is such a GREAT part of the team. The store was very very clean, no homeless people around And the store smelled great. This is one of the Best Jack in the Box stores I've ever been at. The food was fast and I will definitely be returning back to this restaurant. I had a wonderful experience here. Thank you Cesar for being such a great worker. Keep up the amazing job you do.
