Got a teriyaki bowl. Paid $13 it was so small I think I are like 5 regular spoons and It was gone. Had to give my order 3 times and it was till wrong. Fries tasted like old grease.

It shows this location is open 24 hours but every time I go by after 11pm the drive thru menus are lit up but there isn’t anyone there. There will be cars waiting before they realize the location is closed. Maybe you should update your hours on your website.

I love the breakfast sandwiches, but I dislike the propensity of the staff to mess things up from my order or leave things out that were ordered. However, I find this to be the norm with almost all fast food joints.

So this restaurant during the day and then in the evening hours are drastically different (like most places I guess.) But when I call before I head down to see if I was to come down now could I get a milkshake. I was told yes so I went down and when I got there I was then told that I then COULDNT get one because they were going to be cleaning the machine in like 15 mins! WHAT THE HECK MAN! I literally went down JUST for the milkshake that's why I called. So straight horrible, and I'd say everytime I go there in the evening hours it's just plain horrible all the way around. The workers are in there just messing around not caring not cool

My mother and I came to your Jack in the box around 10am and were greeted poorly we walked in and greeted the cashier he couldn't even look at us and greet us back he didn't even take time to even ask what our order is. I also noticed some prejudice behavior at this location and I'm just letting everyone know. you shouldn't hire employees that don't get along with everybody and don't take the time to greet and welcome their customers I mean it's just an automatic red flag. for anything that guy could have done something to the food. Do a better job at hiring better people. And just remember the staff makes the restaurant you have a deplorable staff you have a deplorable restaurant.
