I love the breakfast sandwiches, but I dislike the propensity of the staff to mess things up from my order or leave things out that were ordered. However, I find this to be the norm with almost all fast food joints.
Just tried to ordering some food for delivery took my money but didn't take the order. Tried calling the phone just rang and rang nobody answered. You really need to do better Jack in the Box. I live in the neighborhood this is such an inconvenience. Time to go to the competition.Update: thank you for listening Jack.I was refunded for the error.
I'm only taking a star off for the service from my last visit, but this place is great when you work 3rd shift, and almost nothing is open. I wish I had access to healthier options, but there are no more 24-hour Wal-Mart locations. I usually bring my lunch to work due to this, but sometimes I just want a sandwich or something and this location is very close to work.
