I always go to jack in the box for dinner, this particular jack in the box did me dirty. They got my order wrong and on top of that, they gave me two half pieces of chicken between two breads and not to mention that the chicken was as hard as a rock; I damn near chipped a tooth trying to bite in to it.

Why am I signing an affidavit that I received my food before I received my food? Why am I signing an affidavit at a fast food drive thru? Really?

I ordered my food on the app. Once I got to the drive thru speaker I gave my name and was told to pull forward. They gave me a good amount of dipping sauce and ketchup! They almost gave me the wrong order but after explaining, I got my own order. The employee was very nice and understanding.

I’m not coming here again they take a long time to give me my food for two burgers order a coffee the lady gave me a bad attitude I got a large mocha coffee and she didn’t put mocha so I told her and she gave me a nasty attitude and told me next time pay for extra maybe next time you should make it the right way. Also my food was cold last time I eat here. I even wanted to ask for my money back

The food is way way overpriced I did then I ordered the double bacon Master Jack smasher and that was at 11.50 by itself so I got a whole meal plus a sandwich for 25 bucks that's overpriced. I might have to cut Jack in the Box out of my diet cuz it's definitely out of my budget. It seems every time I go there the price I pay for food increases each time.
It's obviously not cheap like it use to be. It's still fast food but now with a price. I got 3 poppers (my favorite) and I tired their new Honey garlic Sriracha wing(6 piece), and a drink paid 17 bucks. Their poppers still hit the spot, but the wings are 6 out of 10. I had to ask for more sauce because they had no flavor. But this location staff are so nice.

Tacos were not done to order. Extra hard plus ex cheese. I got 4 taco, No sauce, no lettuce, no cheese and soft. Bummer
