This location is not unfamiliar to me; on past visits, I’ve found a similar rhythm: efficiency, consistency, and a reassuring predictability. Great FAST food place to go to if you have 30 minutes to kill in the drive through. I have no clue what the kitchen staff is doing, or if they’re severely understaffed, but it is by far the slowest drive through I’ve ever visited.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible experience ever. I ordered the sour patch kids slushie and got the watermelon lemonade. I ask if the lady can remake it but she was annoyed and ignored me, then when other Hispanic people came in she ignored me and took their order and kept telling me I got I slushee I know I got a slushie, then she said I couldn’t get a refund and was being rude because of my skin color, she does this every time and I’m sick of it. Then I tried to call for the manager and she proceeds to be rude on the phone. That worker sucks.

I always go to jack in the box for dinner, this particular jack in the box did me dirty. They got my order wrong and on top of that, they gave me two half pieces of chicken between two breads and not to mention that the chicken was as hard as a rock; I damn near chipped a tooth trying to bite in to it.
Why am I signing an affidavit that I received my food before I received my food? Why am I signing an affidavit at a fast food drive thru? Really?

I ordered my food on the app. Once I got to the drive thru speaker I gave my name and was told to pull forward. They gave me a good amount of dipping sauce and ketchup! They almost gave me the wrong order but after explaining, I got my own order. The employee was very nice and understanding.
