During the morning everyday around 4 - 6am it never fails that their systems are down. This is a inconvenience to whom ever is either on a 30 minute break or when needing to eat quick and head on to work. This has been happening for at least a year now from my experience. They also miss orders cause I was missing a whole fry on a combo meal. Just save your time and money and go somewhere else.

I ordered the munchie box and they were out of mozzarella sticks, which is the best thing in the box so they offered extra fries or tacos. I asked if I could get onion rings in place of the mozzarella sticks and they said no. Way to take care of your customers, especially when you're the ones who ran out of an item!!

Ill be honest here.. this location is pretty bad. Poor service and employee lazyniness. You can go there when its slow like 4pm and order 1 burger and fries and be asked to pull around and sit in the lot for 20 minutes, just so you can get your food and your missing items. The exterior and landscaping is riddled with trash, I get it we are in phoenix... but you can go the extra mile and be something different.

I took my wife to eat breakfast this morning and the food was delicious and the service was great the young lady that help was was very nice and helpful but when I was ordering our food in the drive thru I couldn’t help but to notice this nasty smell I’m looking around and see smoke coming up from where the trash cans are so I mentioned it to the girl at the window and she said she would go find out what was going on so me and my wife were sitting in my truck enjoying our breakfast, and I see the young lady come out from the back go in to where the trash cans are, and tell some man back there that he couldn’t be smoking back there and he turned around and told her that the manager of the store told him he could sit back there and smoke his drug me and my wife look at each other in disbelief that he said that like I said, the service was great the food was delicious by him saying that makes me never want to go back to that location again because me and my wife are both recovering addicts, and to smell him smoking fentanyl back there and the manager saying that he can smoke it back there or him saying that she said that it’s just crazy to us I’m glad our kids were not with us because I would’ve called the cops, so I just hope what he said isn’t true that the manager doesn’t allow him to sit back there and smoke drugs because it’s bad for business and I really hope someone look into that. Because you guys just lost two customers and I’m pretty sure a lot more. Sorry for the long review It just needed to be said.

After years of not eating Jack in the Box we decided to give it a go. Absolutely awful experience! Firstly my husband tried to go into the lobby to pick up our app order and a man in casual clothing told him the lobby was closed then rudely shut and locked the door. We went through the drive through with no response from the intercom. We proceeded to the window and after a few minutes a lady finally came to the window. We told her the name and she grabbed the food. My husband reminded her we had drinks and we drove home. My eggroll is very burned, the sandwiches seem like they were just sitting out and neither our medium curly fries OR oreo dessert were in our order. We will not be returning to this location and probably not another Jack in the Box at all for that matter. Extremely disappointed with this $30 meal.
