I think they are stealing money. I always order stuffed jalepenos and pay 7 bucks and end up always getting nuggets in the box, they must be changing it and doing a refund to themselves so it doesn’t look like a discrepancy at the end of the night because they’re pocketing the extra 5 bucks as the difference. This happened 3 times I am convinced the employees are stealing money. The highest theft is always internal theft

I visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru at [specific location, if possible] and was let down by the service. I ordered two chicken sandwiches along with other items, and while the staff remembered part of my order, they forgot the sandwiches. They even told me, 'Don’t worry, we’ll bring them out to you,' but when I got home, they weren’t there. Sure, I didn’t check the bag before leaving, but I shouldn’t have to play quality control for a paid order—I expect the employees to get it right.
It’s frustrating to pay for food you don’t receive—$4 or $6 down the drain feels like a scam. This isn’t just a one-off; judging by other reviews, it’s a pattern. The staff needs retraining on basics like checking orders, or management should bring in new people who can handle it. Service this sloppy is unacceptable, and I’m disappointed. I hope they step up soon, because right now, it’s hard to recommend this place.

I was over charged. When I asked about the price the manager got an attitude about it and then started talking about me to another employee in Spanish. When I asked for sauces for my tacos I got more attitude. This location won't get my business again

I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before somebody came to take my order. 1 guy walked past me twice. One lady stood by the fryer and just looked the other lady just in the back absolutely act like she didn’t see me standing there. Eventually the lady at the drive thru window came to take my order. I understand people may be understaffed or a bit busy but dang, at least acknowledge me standing there.

This is not fast food i walked in at 11am to get food on my 30 minute lunch guy behind the counter kept letting landscapers cut me off in line guy at counter finished his order and moved over for his friend and counter serving them not saying hey people are in line so i had to leave cant waste my lunch i come back 30 minutes later i have to wait 5 minutes for help to order and i got 2 tacos and a burger took 10 minutes to get out so they killed 15 minutes of my lunch this place is awful and doesn't know service
Update owner wants me to reach out seriously i already did see my review you replied to for all details i didn't save anything look at all the reviews this place is a dump homeless everywhere 30 minute limit for inside because of all the homeless i recommend eating at 5 guys for true premiums food service and cleanliness staff never any issues at 5 guys so im done with jack in the box i want good food not clowns 5 guys for the win

After getting our order wrong, they didn’t want to fix it and then it took another 20 minutes of waiting while they finally did correct it. Then it sat for another 5 minutes behind the counter before being handed to us. Very rude and unprofessional employees.
