I have Never eaten at Jack in the Box..
OMG 2 tacos and an egg roll was what I ate everyday for 14 days! SOOOO GOOOOD!
I couldn't comment on the atmosphere because we just used the drive thru.

just start disputing the card charges at this place. They never served my doordash driver and canceled the order. It was through the jack in the box website so they are responsible. I had to dispute the charges because the jack in the box lady at this location says no refunds. Doordash cant because jack in the box is the website that charged me. Dispute charges with you're bank when this place screws you with the staff after 6pm. Litteraly says contact resturaunt (jack in the box delivered by door dash). To many reviews on here of them canceling orders and refusing refunds.

I come to this location 4 to 6 times a week, but the service has gotten worse—especially at night. The drive-thru experience is terrible. I understand I have broken English, but that doesn’t give anyone the right to treat me badly. The manager working tonight has worse English than I do, yet she was rude and disrespectful.
They always ask me to park and wait, even when the place isn’t busy. I understand if it’s to keep their times low, but why not give good service while we wait?
Tonight was the last straw. She gave me my change with an attitude, didn’t give me a receipt, and dropped part of my change on the floor. All she said was “sorry” and walked away.
I won’t be coming back here. Even if I have to drive further, I’d rather go somewhere where I’m treated with basic respect.

We have been there lots of times but lately they have a lady who does not speak good english taking orders (drive thru), she is abrasive taking orders and she takes orders wrongly very dissapointent with this person SO CALLED MANAGER . We brough to her Attention that certain things where wrong in our order and she did not care not one apologize and to top it off they do not hand out receipts So there is no way to prove what your real order is . Thanks to that lady We will not be back to that location . We will Miss jack in the box . We pay for our food so every one deserves to be treated nicely not like your getting food for Free. The so called Manager she's far from caring for the bussiness. She is Very haughty

Spent 10 minutes at the speaker to order and no one ever came to take my order. Went to the window and absolutely no one was inside visible, yet there’s a truck in the front so an employee has to be there somewhere. Definitely not doing their job though.

I think they are stealing money. I always order stuffed jalepenos and pay 7 bucks and end up always getting nuggets in the box, they must be changing it and doing a refund to themselves so it doesn’t look like a discrepancy at the end of the night because they’re pocketing the extra 5 bucks as the difference. This happened 3 times I am convinced the employees are stealing money. The highest theft is always internal theft

I visited the Jack in the Box drive-thru at [specific location, if possible] and was let down by the service. I ordered two chicken sandwiches along with other items, and while the staff remembered part of my order, they forgot the sandwiches. They even told me, 'Don’t worry, we’ll bring them out to you,' but when I got home, they weren’t there. Sure, I didn’t check the bag before leaving, but I shouldn’t have to play quality control for a paid order—I expect the employees to get it right.
It’s frustrating to pay for food you don’t receive—$4 or $6 down the drain feels like a scam. This isn’t just a one-off; judging by other reviews, it’s a pattern. The staff needs retraining on basics like checking orders, or management should bring in new people who can handle it. Service this sloppy is unacceptable, and I’m disappointed. I hope they step up soon, because right now, it’s hard to recommend this place.
Burger taste terrible.
I was over charged. When I asked about the price the manager got an attitude about it and then started talking about me to another employee in Spanish. When I asked for sauces for my tacos I got more attitude. This location won't get my business again
